Sometimes they are nice but usually not.
Whenever they are upset you come at night they dump a LOT of salt on your burger. It’s ridiculous, a little salt i can understand but not being petty and dumping the whole bottle.

I haven’t eaten at McDonald’s for at least 3 years until about a week or so ago when I decided to stop in after exploring Uniontown for the first time since I temporarily had to move here for a little while. It was pouring outside and I wanted to take it go anyway. I ordered a Large Big Mac meal, the lady at the front was great, no problem with the customer service but I wish I would have checked my order before I left.
I got back to my apartment after a walk in the pouring down rain and I found that my fries were indeed not large but in a large container it was the equivalent of just about a medium. If I’m paying for a large that is what I should get. The Big Mac reminded me of a failed attempt of a Burger King whopper. Yuck, never was a BK fan.. Too much Mac Sauce to even be able to enjoy the burger. I wouldn’t even want to feed that to an animal! My fountain coke was also extremely watered down and flat.
Definitely not worth the price of $11 dollars. The fries and the fountain coke are usually the best part, the burger I could live without.

I got delivery and had a coke with my meal and it wasnt filled up the whole way and left almost 2 inches just empty and didnt give me a straw and i asked for one and this isnt the first time that my drink hasn’t been filled up the whole way.

Ordered McRib sandwich with extra sauce and I received the order with absolutely nothing on it!!! I asked for a refund and I was ignored! Someone needs fired second time this happened to me. My order was done purposely wrong!!! Pettiness at least!!! Playing with people’s food and getting the order wrong! Unexceptionable!!! Horrible service ordered it on the App!!! So that makes it worse!!!! Sad when you act immature about someone’s order and that reflects back on everyone else who works there. Reflects back on the owner too!!!! Speak volumes about the restaurant and how you serve your community!!!!!

Consistently getting milkshakes or frappes less than full. This is a small milkshake. The large was also less than full. The fact they knowingly serve these to customers should be considered fraud.

Typical McDonald’s. I do love the app & mobile ordering. It definitely speeds up the process! My only complaint is paying for extras and not receiving them. Yes, it’s a small complaint, and I wouldn’t even mention it if it wasn’t a consistent issue. If you’re going to charge for extras, then they should be given.

Absolutely ridiculous!! Last time I ordered before work and the other was completely wrong!! Ordered a dbl cheeseburger with extra onions, lettuce and mayo. Welp, no lettuce and no mayo. I called from work and was told that I was going to eat it anyway and she threw a fit on me and she wasn’t going to replace it! Rude and basically called me a liar!! Today I ordered a cheeseburger Happy Meal with extra onions, extra mustard and pickles. No onions or mustard whatever and didn’t have mustard!! I wish I could post the pictures because obviously I lie about the order, but weird, my receipt, the order number matches for special order and the tag on the meal box are all THREE THE SAME! Number 226. Apparently the prep doesn’t understand or know how to read the screen. Geesh, I was the only person in line!!

Worst experience, paid extra for chicken breast i didn’t get, ordered Mike’s hot honey sandwich, got charged extra for Mike’s sauce and it was all over outside of bun,I had to eat it with a fork. The wait for take out was 20 min, and the staff kept complaining to all the customers that no one is helping them. Ended up paying over 25$ for 1 sloppy sandwich, 2 sm half full sides, 1 breast 1 leg,2 biscuit. Missing extra breast and coleslaw i paid extra for. Probably won’t go back

I asked for a burger with no meat because I’m a vegetarian and they decided to completely ignore me and added meat on it saw it when I got across town at home. (Update I went back to get the correct thing. They gave me the wrong thing once again. )
