First of all, the speaker we pulled up to either had zero connection, or no one listening. We had someone come out to check on us when we notified him no one had responded. We eventually went through the drive through, or more so a line of cars where each window/speaker just told you to pull up instead of offering assistance. We had a young woman come and take our order who reeked of marijuaa. We proceeded to watch workers smoke weed while there was an extremely long line. The smell was headache inducing. Not even sure if these workers are legal age to smoke, or if they know that marijunaa is illegal in AL. In all, it took 40 minutes and walking up to the window to get my food. I hope the gentleman who stood next to me who was also waiting gets his food soon. If this establishment was the only fast food restaurant in town, I would be a professional in home chef. Did a mobile order. It was not ready when we got there. We parked and pressed the button and then was motioned to go through the drive thru and not use the normal drive up speakers. Ordered on the app 3 ranches and 3 groovy sauces and got two bbq. When we got our food the boxes that the hamburgers were in were all smashed.

Went to get a slushy and a pretzel, did a mobile order. Upon arrival, no slushies, I can only replace with a drink. Fine. Get my pretzel and I am about to drive off, only to find it is so BURNT I can’t even bite into it. So I wait in the drive through line for over 30 minutes to get it fixed. Get to the window, get a replacement- still burnt. So salty with regular salt (not the prezel salt) that it couldn’t even be ate. Not worth my time or money, and I will not be going back. To be honest, this location needs to be shut down or needs a whole new management and team. I have pictures but it won’t let me upload them

I would give this location 0 stars if I could. I can’t even give them a rating for food or drinks, because I never got the chance to order. There were 4 car ahead of me when I pulled to the speaker just to be told after 5 minutes of waiting to “please hold”. Fine no problem it’s lunch time. I get that they’re busy. The lady then gets on the speaker and says something, that I could not understand. So I’m asking what did she say, just to not get a response. By this time the was 2 cars still in front of me and 4 behind me. Granted I’m still at the speaker. One of the cars behind me drives off and now there I one car in front of me. I pulled up behind the car at the window at this point and the 2 cars behind me followed after stopping at the speaker. They never ordered. After a few minutes a guy walks out and handed a bag to the 3rd car behind me (could have been a mobile order I don’t know). He hears my saying how long I have been waiting and never said a word. I wanted to pull off so bad, but I had already been waiting to long to leave with nothing. I get to the window and the same guy walks out and went to the car behind me. At this point I was pissed, because you still haven’t acknowledged me. I then say something to the young boy at the window and just said nevermind and pulled off, because at this point my drink is going to taste like how I feel about them and their lack there of. I’ll never go there again! What pisses me off more is that I haven’t been to a sonic in a long time and just wanted to order a few slushes. Trust that I have already called corporate. People don’t understand how you can cost franchises money, due to lack of customer service.

Extremely slow service every time you go here. Drive-thru was down so I went to the stall to try to get a quick treat before heading back to work. Waited 10 minutes for them to bring out a cream slush despite it being slow and had plenty of staff. The guy that came out informed me that I could only pay with cash. You mean they couldn’t be upfront with me about that? So at that point you might as well forget about it and I left. 10 minutes wasted

You need 20+ minutes for this drive through and check your order carefully. They upsized everything I ordered and forgot the burger from my combo entirely. They’ve also given me the wrong burger on occasion.

Waited the drive thru for close to 10 minutes without being greeted.. so….I just pulled up to the window to place my order. I mentioned something to the girl about waiting and she looked at me as though I were the problem. (The encounter was very strange.) She stared at me blankly and waited for my order.
It was a little bit longer than standard wait time to get my order.
Food was cold. I asked for a plain cheeseburger and fries. What got was a sloppy cheeseburger doused in ketchup and mayo, lettuce, onions, and pickles. Literally everything I did not want.
There was maybe a tablespoon worth of Reeses in my vanilla shake.
I’m not mad, I just won’t be back. And its a shame I used to enjoy Sonic.
