Stopped in at Denny’s on St. Lucie West and was immediately greeted with outstanding service. Our waitress, Boston, was attentive, friendly, and made sure everything ran smoothly from start to finish.
We ordered a variety of items — the kids’ mac & cheese, French toast, the Slam, and Moons Over My Hammy. Each plate came out hot and cooked just right. The French toast had a light crisp on the outside with a soft, fluffy center. The Slam delivered exactly what you’d expect: a classic, well-balanced breakfast. Moons Over My Hammy was rich, filling, and full of flavor. The kids’ mac & cheese was creamy and comforting — a hit at the table.
The only slight disappointment came with my wife’s sandwich, which looked like it had been thrown together without much care. Still, the taste was solid, and everything else exceeded expectations. Despite that one detail, the overall experience earns a full five stars. Solid food, great service, and a smooth dining experience.

Very first time visiting Flora and I gotta say Denny’s never seems to disappoint me till this day and at this location here In Florida, the Food was excellent. Customer service was awesome. All employees were very friendly and helpful. Cynthia Odell Higgins Dennys manager was extremely helpful and super sweet and helping us as students at a course so we were taking as a group of 12 in Florida and the time being I definitely will be coming back here again At this very location in St Port Lucie Florida.

This is my 1st time visiting this location bc we kept hearing about how great this Denny’s was and it did NOT disappoint. First off I want to give BIG props to our server RJ!!! I watched as he politely introduced himself to every table with URGENCY but most important with so much care and was not bothered one bit anytime anyone asked for anything as it was very busy this Sunday afternoon. He remembered every refill every condiment that wasn’t on a table a box even watched him clean tables as he was ROCKING OUT his section with such professionalism he truly is a gem to your company, Unfortunately I overheard either management or another employee be rude to him and dimming his shine while he was doing his very best RJ your EXECUTION STYLE IS UNMATCHED!!!! YOU KEEP BEING YOU AND CONTINUE TO BE THAT AMAZING SERVER YOU ARE!!! You remind me of my style of serving in this industry and I applaud you sir!!! What we do for a living is NOT EASY. Hopefully Sally gets off her high horse and starts to appreciate your hard work and sence of urgency for your guests!!! I WILL be asking ONLY for RJ anytime I come to visit your establishment!!

Corporate must not care about this spot because there were a lot of things that need improvement. All the bathrooms were out of order which unacceptable because their food will definitely having you running for a toilet. I’m surprised the food can pass as edible. The chicken was so rubbery it was like chewing on a dog toy. The fish was dry as a desert and the rice wasn’t cooked fully. Plus food was missing from our order. Please invest in giving employees proper training to cook and call a plumber.

Terrible experience on Christmas morning. Waited 40 minutes to be seated. Then finally got seated and waited another 30 minutes with two young kids for them to tell us our food hasn’t even been started yet. Manager refused to come talk to us and the other two tables that had been waiting. The one table was waiting over 2 hours and their food hadn’t been started yet either. Manager should be fired. We will not be back. Go to boulevard dinner. It is much better and prices are way better as well.

We eat Denny’s at-least once or twice a week, so we are very excited to have this new location open!
Pros: Very nice staff and fresh food. We were so hungry, I forgot to take photos of our order. Restaurant is clean and well maintained. Love the new make over from the “traditional” interior design, feels modern and welcoming.
Cons: New employees may overcharge you, so watch your bill. I got overcharged by $15. New employees are training so expect slower service. Many servers were standing around and we lacked service when needed and we did not have our waiter come by often (hardly ever). These cons are minor and will hopefully disappear with proper training and management, it is expected as this location has only been opened for 2 days.
Suggestion: Don’t think people knew this location opened on 11/7/22, advertise! Bring on Ashley from the US-1 location. She is a guaranteed $20 tip type of service, she is really good at being a waitress, very good with people and awesome customer service.
Overall: We will be making this our new Port Saint Lucie daily spot from the US-1 location. Thank you for the good experience.

The Port Saint Lucie brand new restaurant is now open! By the way, we were told that the restaurant was just opened 24 hours before we got there, so first reviews here are questionable at best. Anyway, they are a bit disorganized because it is so new and workers are new. But food was very good, reasonably priced, and everyone was very welcoming and friendly! Open 24 hours.
UPDATE – May 2023 – If you are a member of AARP, this is the place to go or to pick up. My wife and I order the salmon dinner from the 55+ menu. It comes with a good sized chunk of salmon plus 2 sides and garlic bread, packaged in a nice container. Our usual sides include mashed potatoes, rice, and macaroni and cheese. All very good and tasty. As of now, the price is less than $11! But, if you have an AARP membership, you also get 15% off of the regular very reasonable price! Hard to beat their 55+ menu!
