RedRobin, the OG overpriced “gourmet” burger joint. Now that chains like FiveGuys and ShakeShack have skin in the game, the RedRobin sits on the sidelines. The burger was tasty and brews were ice cold. Menu has variety, good selection of draft beer, and it’s more laid back vibe compared to the other gourmet burger chains. Overall experience was great. Service was good. No complaints…

We went on a Wednesday at 2 pm and there were a lot of free tables.
The place is very.clean and nice, it have a.bar so it looks like s good place to see the games drinking a beer.
I ordered a New A1 burger with fries and a Dr. Pepper. Everything was very good.

I always forget how good Red Robin is until I go back. Food is excellent, bottomless sides are a terrific idea (even though we didn’t need the refill this time.) Our server Chase was very attentive, but not pushy, very energetic.
Music wasnt too loud, so we could still hold conversation.

•My first time trying Red Robin’s was successful! The Whiskey Mill BBQ Burger was amazing and full of flavor. The fries and mozzarella sticks were great.

Every employee that we have encountered has been absolutely awesome from the servers to the managers. The service and the food is always absolutely wonderful. We are frequent customers and the servers know what our usual orders are. They really do go above and beyond to make you happy and feel at home.

Place felt unclean. Table and floor was sticky. There was grime in some places. Glass backing had streaks and hand prints like young kids had put boogers on it. Service was good, food was good. Liked the crispy chicken wrap and the fries were on point.

In this day and age I think most would agree that finding good service is rare, this has not been my experience so far with Red Robin. I have visited several times in the last few months, on my last visit the waitress came to take our drink order and while we were still talking about the menu another person brought our drinks to the table. Also several times throughout the meal the waitress or other employees would bring refills by without us having to ask. On top of the exceptional service we received the food was excellent. Several of their entrees have bottomless sides. Not only that but you can mix and match the sides throughout your meal.
The last few times we visited was on a Tuesday night. Several years ago we visited I remember that one night during the week they had a kids night. If loud kids are not your thing you might want to check what day it is before you go.
