I ordered my food via doordash, as I do not drive at night.
I paid the upcharge for the food, and an additional delivery fee.
The original order showed a delivery time of 7:35 – 7:50
Food arrived, FINALLY, at 8:42
Food, not a surprise, was ICE COLD
Portions of chicken on the tacos was so small, I would not be able to feed my cat.
I paid for and was missing the carrots and celery
DONOT EVERT ORDER from this location
It is not worth your time or money
Completely RIDICULOUS
Food sucks and speed of service is non-existent.
Sad thing is, they do not care!!

Our server, Shania, was more interested in talking with the bartender and eating food instead of taking care of our table. She was very polite but only dropped our drinks off then our food, we had to wait for refils and then had to sit for at least 5 minutes for her to bring our check then we had to wait another 5 for her to actually check us out mind you there was literally one other table and she wasnt even waiting on them.

I come in every ufc pay per view on Saturdays and I’m always told to wait for a table while others get sat before me. They continue to sit me and my friends at the same uncomfortable picnic table even after asking for better seats when there are better seats available. Food is always cold because I assume they wait for everyone’s food to be ready to bring it out. Today I had to wait 20 minutes for a refill and my one friend never even got a beverage and finished his meal before getting his drink.

Ordered a cheeseburger kids meal for my 2 year old and there was a blonde hair wrapped in her French fries disgusted (mind you I have dyed black hair). Even if I hadn’t seen the hair, I wouldn’t have given these fries to my daughter because they’re stale.

BWW has really gone down hill and not worth it anymore. The boneless wings used to be like giant size chicken nuggets now they are like the size of a 50 cent piece and flat. The chicken sandwiches used to be a big chicken breast now it’s like a flat frozen chicken patty. It is seriously not worth it anymore same prices for a tiny bit of food. My spicy chicken dippers were piping hot wings were cold. If you are going there for BONE IN wings than it’s worth it. Oh and they took Nashville hot chicken sandwich off the menu. I’m not impressed by that place anymore.

The 15/16 dollar appetizer we got was barely warm. It was good but would have been great if it was hot like it should have been! Our entree (tripple bacon burger & all American burger) were absolutely delicious! The service was pretty good!

Normally don’t review but here we are. Great food, terrible service. (coming from someone who worked in the restaurant industry previously)….Server had two tables, ignored us for 30ish minutes and checked on us once only while walking away bc they passed our table and we made eye contact. Server was dry, short in any questions/explanations and did not address feedback. So disappointed as this chain is one of my favorites and I am not a picky person, just wanted to go out to dinner. Normally a big tipper but didn’t even know if I should that day.

I typically dont leave reviews like this… I usually have good experiences at this location… There is a promotion that they were running that was buy $50 in gift cards and get a $10 gift cart that ends on the 31 of December… I was told after purchasing a $50 dollar gift card that 1st they aren’t running that promotion, then 2nd it was oh we are out of those gift cards. Then it was well we cant do anything even though we are running a promotion… If you arent going to honor the promotion, then dont have a sign out and mention something at the beginning of the sale that you cant honor anything, dont wait till after it was purchased to say something…
