The food was cold having had to repeat my order over 4 times I still didn’t get to get my other half of the order so I just cancelled the second part! Then what my daughter did get was the Ham and Swiss sliders cold old tasting just completely gross,the only thing that was good was the drink Raspberry watermelon refresher because even the service sucks,I won’t be back.

Service was AMAZING and so kind, words can’t be described. Went in to get small treat with my daughter and a brunch for myself and left with some “friends”. Everyone at this location is so kind and provides amazing service, as well as in timely manner. My only concern, may have been my own unknown, the bacon was a LITTLE spicy, cajun(?) Like. Not bad, just wasn’t expecting. Overall, great place to be; thank you!

We stopped at this Dunkin Donuts late this afternoon to purchase some donuts. I have heard some negative things about this location but my visit was very positive. The donuts were fresh and the ladies working were very friendly.

Close this place down. They cant ever seem to get a door dash order right. They forget something almost everytime I oder from here. There’s always an attitude when you call and correct it. Close this one down. Its said people cant read a receipt correctly anymore.

I heard a lot of negative comments about this location but my visit to DD was quite different. The staff were smiling and friendly, they prepared my bacon avocado tomato sandwich very good and overall I was ok with it. I think of the place gets renovated it’ll probably boost the morale of the staff. It’s such a shame that it’s so drab and so worn out.

Found a napkin in the coffee I just ordered. Thank goodness I took the lid off. I hate to think this was intentional but really how could you miss a napkin in a cup of coffee while pouring it.

1st visit:
Service was a bit slow but nothing too terrible.
Made our drinks right, food was ok.
Building could use some work, as some molding is starting to warp.

Let me first say- I am not one to leave bad reviews for something petty, ever.
I have given 5 star reviews for places that I have gone to before that have messed up my orders- forgot to take pickles off of a sandwich, never gave me the sauce that I asked for, forgot my drink, things like that…
Mostly for 2 reasons:
#1- The food was good, the service was quick and good, and if there was an error it was quickly and politely handled by the staff.
#2- I’ve worked in many different fields, so I’m very understanding as to what a lot of employees have to deal with. And yes, I have worked in both the fast food and the customer service industries before… So believe me, I understand what these employees have to deal with on a daily basis… I get it, I really do.
So with that being said, this is by far THE WORST DUNKIN DONUTS I have ever been to in my life. The next review has nothing to do with the food. This is about the service.
I literally sat in the drivethru for 20+ min until I decided “Okay, well this line obviously isn’t moving any time soon, and there’s no one inside waiting, so I’ll just park out front and go in instead…” Figuring that by time I got my order ( one cup of coffee) and got back to my car this line would probably still be here.
So I parked my car, went inside, and… well…
….. I honestly would love to say that I got quick service, a great cup of coffee, and left with a smile on my face… but that would be so far from the truth…. Because sadly, not only did I never get my coffee, but I never got any service either.
I went inside… only to stand at the counter for ANOTHER almost 20 minutes, and the whole time I was standing there, not one employee bothered to say a single word to me…
Not even a simple- “We’ll be right with you”
Not a “Hold on for a minute, were really busy.”
Not a “Sorry, but it’s gonna be just a few minutes.”
…..Nothing.
And believe me, it’s not that they didn’t see me, they walked right past me, several of them glanced right at me… and not once person said a word. And I wasn’t the only one being ignored at that! They had a line of cars piling up in the drive-thru, all the way around the building that wasn’t moving one bit.
Meanwhile, the entire time the employees were just in there joking around, laughing, carrying on, yelling back and forth to each other from the front counter to the back area, etc.
I mean I was literally in awww at this point. And tbh, I was pissed. Not just for myself, but for the line of people waiting outside that had absolutely why they were waiting so long.
I don’t think I have ever once, in my entire 36 years on this planet, walked into an establishment that serves food or drinks and stood there at the counter with no one else in front of or behind me and not had a single employee say anything to me …
FOR ALMOST 20 MINUTES!
Especially not at Dunkin.
I’ve always had nothing but great experiences with Dunkin Donuts, and not just one, any, in many different cities, and states.
So I just absolutely could not believe the way this ridiculously rude, lazy and completely oblivious staff were behaving.
Sadly, I will never return to this place. It has been added to my list of Terrible Service Establishments.
