Got our order wrong, and charged the company credit card twice. We were able to get the charge reversed, but we had to go in person to do it. Not exactly convenient when you are driving 8 hours one way for a work trip. I would skip this place and go to bk or Wendy’s, they are both nearby.

Consistently told to pull into a curbside parking lot when going through the drive through. The cars who ordered after got their order before mine. No longer willing to come here if the drive through isn’t functioning like a drive through and I have to pull forward everytime.

Have been to this McDonald’s multiple times. Always the same problem. The wait times are outrageous. Twice while ordering through the app for table side (in the play place) our order has been either “misplaced” or we waited over 40 minutes for our order.
Going through the drive thru the last 5 times I’ve been pulled “waiting on a frappe” the wait time is consistently over 40 minutes. The inside is always dirty.
I get it, it’s a busy store, but talking with other customers this is a CONSTANT occurrence.
If it wasn’t the only McDonald’s within a reasonable driving distance, this store would not have the business it does, and it seems they take advantage of that.

It seems it may be easier to drive to the extra 20 minutes to Richmond because service is so bad. Wrong order when I got home again tonight. Tried going in store last week because the drive thru can leave you sitting for 20 minutes, and was the only person in line 10 minutes before the breakfast time ended. Stood at the counter for 10 minutes until the menu changed over and was never waited on lol.

They didn’t have my order after sitting about 20 mins. I went to the counter and they took the receipt and got it made. Brought it to the table without drinks. When I asked about the drinks they told me to go to the counter which had a long line and get the cups from her to get my own.
All they were worried about was door dash and the drive through. If your a customer inside you may as well plan on waiting. And the kiosks are a joke. That’s where I ordered from and they never got it

Can’t even make a order right. They get slightly busy and everything seems to be messed up. Can’t believe the workers make $15 a hour and can’t even provide you with all your food you ordered. Has happened multiple times as a resident of Eaton Ohio, I can confidently say avoid this McDonald’s with all cost. Hot head burritos is right next door and provides more food for the coast.

Workers in drive thru were rude. They didn’t say anything to us for several minutes then pulled us. After 15 minutes everyone had left. We were the only ones left and had not received our food. I had to go inside to get my food and the manager was spending their time gossiping with the customers in the lobby. They did not have my food or order so I had to wait longer and they messed the food up.

This place is a waste of everyone’s time and energy. Good luck if you eat here

The service at this McDonald’s is consistently slow, but my recent visit was unacceptable — mostly due to the owner’s rude and unprofessional behavior.

I waited about 30 minutes total for a simple mobile order. The drive-thru was backed up, and even after showing my receipt, my order couldn’t be found. I was told to pull forward multiple times, only to be handed the wrong food and made to wait even longer.

When I went inside to ask about my order, the owner came out and told me it had been sitting for at least 5 minutes. When I said that was unacceptable after waiting half an hour, he became defensive and asked me what I wanted, I told him “a refund at least.” He then claimed I was “yelling,” even though I was just speaking firmly out of frustration from waiting so long. Instead of apologizing or taking accountability, he told staff to “get her refund and get her out of here.” I took the cold food I paid for and left.

The owner’s dismissive attitude and lack of professionalism made the situation worse and is extremely disappointing. It’s clear from other reviews that long wait times and poor management are an ongoing problem at this location. No customer should be treated this way after waiting so long for an order.
This location urgently needs improved management and customer care.

This is crazy, the manager needs to get some education on employee training and development. I’ve read the reviews and they are consistently bad and now in the last week I’ve had 2 separate incidents. This should really just be embarrassing. The first one they gave me our food but not any drinks then pulled us forward. They pulled us forward for I’m not kidding a frappe and 2 cokes. Then after 5 minutes came out to ask what we were waiting for! By the time we got our drinks everyone was done eating. If we had waited on our drinks to eat our food would have been cold. Then today I go through for food before work at 10:28 am. Tried to order a burger and fries, she said we are still on breakfast, I said how much longer and she said about 2 more minutes are you kidding me. I said okay I’ll just go around and pull back through, she said okay. By then there was a car in front of me and I looked at the screen and they had burgers ordered. Do you guys have some kind of game you like to play with customers. That right there is just beyond bad service. Why come back you ask? Because we like the food but I think it’s time to find a new favorite.

In the drive thru right now. Been sitting here for 12 minutes with barely any cars. This is literally any time I come here. I see the General Managers vehicle in the lot. There is no excuse. Skyline is faster and they make everything fresh

It never fails, I stop in to get something quick to eat and there’s always either something made wrong or just isnt there at all. Tonight is no different, I got 2 mcchickes and 2 daily doubles along with some other stuff for my kids and none of the food I ordered for myself was there. I will not be going back to this disgrace of a place.
