I’ll be honest, I was a little scared to try Waffle House at first. When we walked in, the women working there suddenly started singing, which caught me completely off guard and low-key scared me at the beginning But honestly, thinking back on it, it was actually pretty cool and added to the experience.
The food was good, and none of us had any complaints at all. Everything came out solid and exactly what you’d expect in a good way.
The only funny hiccup was with my drink, I asked for a black coffee and the waitress brought me a black tea. When I told my family she got it wrong, they all swore they heard me say black tea and not coffee… so now I’m questioning my own sanity
Overall, it ended up being a really good experience, better than I expected, and I’d definitely go back.

I had an amazing experience thanks to our waitress(Mickey). From the moment we sat down, she was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely kind. She checked on us at the perfect times, made great recommendations, and made sure everything we ordered was just right. Her professionalism and friendly attitude made our meal even better.
You can tell she takes pride in her work, and it truly made a difference. Excellent service from start to finish — I would definitely come back because of her.

3.5 Stars, Waffle house is what it is, has not changed in over 20 years since last time. Food was ok, average, nothing special, but we all know this. Service was excellent during the breakfast hour.

I came in for a take out order…Tipped the woman at register 5 dollars just to take my order. She made me move from chair at counter to a different chair to prevent interference on other customers, then made me get up and walk to her to retrieve my order even though I paid a 5 dollar tip that she said would go to her. What’s the point of tipping if I have to do the effort. She should have came around the counter and brought to me. If this is the customer service to be expected here, I can find another option.
