I have never been to this IHOP and all though I spared them the embarrassment of taking and posting photos of the multiple buckets collecting water from the dripping ceiling, I will not spare them from sharing with you all what my son and I found on the menu. The fact that I have spent less and fed more mouths better tasting and quality food is not my concern here. My concern is this company is taking advantage of some of their most vulnerable customers while touting a specialized menu just for them. The 55+ selection is just a way charge more for somethings and give the customer less?

I will be forever grateful to the staff who were working at this IHOP the morning of Wed, Jan 21. I was forced to put my sweet, loyal dog of many years, Zoey, down that evening. I was very sad, and trying to give her a good last day on earth, doing things she enjoyed. She had never been to brunch, and I thought she would enjoy Eggs Benedict, and should be able to experience it before she died. While giving my to go order at IHOP, I began to cry. The staff were extremely supportive and kind. They bought Zoey her Eggs Benedict, and also threw in sides of pancakes and sausage. They told me that they were sorry, and would be thinking of me. Zoey loved the food. I will be forever grateful for their kindness.

We stopped here once in a while for breakfast. It is consistent and good. The wait staff are always friendly.

We waited to be seated for almost 20 min. There was only two customers at the time and a server looked right at me twice and walked in a different direction. When a different last came to seat I mentioned to her. She laughed. I told her I don’t think it was funny.
If I weren’t so hungry I would have left. Never again!!!

I’ve been in the best and worst breakfast places over the years. This is definitely a franchise vibe BUT this is a new and up to date location with huge dining rooms plural, so even when it’s busy it is still a pleasant experience. Over the years the menu has become smaller (less variety) and pricier but that is everything everywhere these days. I was pleased with my eggs Benedict even though the eggs were overdone (solid) but that may just be a temperature standard to avoid any issues with food borne illness. My friend had some kind of spicy steak and veggie omelette, it looked great and had a huge chunk of avocado garnish, both of us were pleased. The coffee was just ok, again to be expected. Overall very satisfied.

We had a large family gathering of 20+. Had made reservations, but name and phone number didn’t make it through to manager. She accommodated us with a smile at the last minute. Staff did an amazing job of handling orders and delivering the food. Could not have asked for anything better.

Place was empty, after our visit we understand why. It was food, that’s about it, nothing great. Pale hash browns, tough pancakes not so nice coffee. Sausages tasted like hotdogs, kinda of a all around let down not sure how this place is open now.

Food was extremely salty. One server dropped our whole order on the floor. No discount for waiting for new food. Barely any chicken on my quesadilla very salty. Dip cups weren’t even half way full. Very poor experience

Creepy, no customers. Employees were not visible for about 5 minutes after coming in. Food was gross, 2 people in my party got sick from what they are, and the pancakes were like chewing some kind of flubber sponge. Do not recommend.
