The service was wonderful, I wish I had taken the gentleman’s name who helped us. We appreciate him so much. He was so kind and welcoming he really made our whole trip.
I love Popeyes and this place did not disappoint. Golden crisp, true Spicy flavor and fresh. Omg the Mac and Cheese made up for my previous experiments from another Popeyes! It was actually yummy and cheesy.
I did some research from our drive from South Carolina to South Florida and this was the best reviewed Popeyes on our route and for good reason!

Went to order some chicken for the night and asked nicely if the chicken could be made fresh. Received the order and got home opened the chicken box for the spicy chicken and it was missing the breading and was burnt. Returned to the establishment and asked if the chicken could be made again after showing them it was burnt and missing the crust. The employee said no because I asked for fresh chicken it could not be replaced and it was bread and not burnt. In other words she was telling me that the chicken was not burnt or missing the crust and I should just except it because she didn’t feel like replacing an item that the cook in the back and her didn’t do a quality control check on before giving it to a customer. I have pictures of the chicken so if corporate management wants to see them I can send them to them as well. It is no surprise with this type of service given that people are going to Publix or kfc for chicken. Staff needs better oversight from corporate or district managers.

If I can leave no stars I would. I ordered 2 classic chicken sandwiches. Waited 30 min and they guy said he going down the list. I am now 1hr waiting and everyone that ordered after me got there meal and gone. Finally got my food after 1 and 15 min later and sandwiches were cold.

I came in and the place had 1 other customer in line. I had ordered not even a few minutes after. I was greeted by the FOH workers to place an order at the kiosk, and said I placed an order for pickup. As I placed my order, a buddy of mine received their order not even a second afterwards. So, I began to wait patiently. After 20 minutes me and my other buddy began to become a tad impatient. We had already ordered, little to no one ordered after then. But not even 5 minutes afterwards my buddy received his order, and it started becoming busy. Fast forward to now, I have waited for exactly 50 minutes. I ordered 6 pc wing, 3 pc tender, 2 biscuits, fry, mashed potatoes, apple pie and small drink. After waiting that long, with still no food in hand they claimed I couldn’t get a refund.
Edit: (After receiving food) I got my order, and checked to see if I was missing anything. I was missing my 3 pc tenders, apple pie, 2 biscuits and my small drink. The worst service I have ever received at a food restaurant.

David took my order and he was extremely patient and kind. I told him what I wanted and he put the order together. He even remembered my daughter request for ranch. He is awesome. The food was good.

Just ordered $141 in food through DoorDash. When my order was dropped off, there were quite a few items missing. I contacted the DoorDash driver who looked in his car and then went back to your restaurant to see if maybe you guys had forgotten to give him a bag. He was told that they knew he was missing two of the sides, but they know that the chicken tenders and biscuits were in the bag and refused to give him the rest of the food telling him we were just trying to get free food. Not trying to get anything for free just would’ve liked to have all the food I ordered. I will never order or visit this location ever again.

CLOSE EARLY. Don’t waste drivers times. I ordered a large red bean and rice. It sat right under the lamp and I specifically ordered something SIMPLE and SMALL so y’all would pay attention and just pass it to me after I pay. Me and my roommate ordered two meals. She said her chicken sandwich tasted like it had been made days ago and was cold same with her mac n cheese.
I got a 3 piece tender combo. The tenders are all batter and no chicken and they were cold. My fries were cold. And we also ordered a 4 piece strawberry biscuit which we didn’t get. I spent nearly $40 on this and we waited like 30 minutes for our food. Wont be eating here again.
