This is an awesome little greasy spoon. Their burgers were great which matched their perfect tots and tasty onion rings. Their prices were great. Service was fast. The whole establishment was clean. They have a nice covered patio area next to the parking lot a small walk from the building. Overall if you’re looking for a quick tasty meal on your road trip swing by as they also have a drive-through.

Absolutely what I look for in a diner! The building is small but cozy and inviting. The bar seating allows for you to sit sooner than a table. Staff was on top of it even though they had a line out the door and a line of pick up outside.

If you’re traveling on the 49, you need to stop here! Best burgers within 50 miles, easily. The meat is fresh, never frozen, and the flavor is 10/10. I think the meat taste better than an in-n-ou- burger meat.Huge shoutout to the staff: CJ for being so helpful, Sam for the awesome flavored drink recommendation she was friendly, and McKaleigh for convincing me to get a shake–it was amazing! This is officially my favorite spot in Nevada, Missouri.

Amazing little diner ! In business since the 1930s. Awesome burgers. Portions are huge and prices very reasonable. Well worth a stop when traveling through Missouri on I-49 !

Old school diner, but man the burger and curly fries were incredible! Might be my favorite burger I’ve had in Missouri. Burger patty is smashed on the flat top, and if you get onions, they’re smashed with it… kind of like an Oklahoma onion burger. You won’t leave hungry or dissatisfied!!

Typical diner style restaurant. The food was plentiful. I ordered the chicken strips and SuzyQs. My companion ordered a cheeseburger. She liked her burgeruch more than I enjoyed my chicken. They were pressed chicken not actual tenderloins; however, the flavor was reasonably good. The platter of SuzyQs was enormous. They are similar to the curly fries at Arby’s except unseasoned, not even salt. They were nearly flavorless and a bit soggy with grease. The total price including drinks was a bit over $20. The place was freezing cold, so we were uncomfortable during the entire meal. They appear to serve breakfast all day if that is of interest to you. I’m not sure I will return there, as my overall impression was just okay.

As good as it gets for smash burgers in the Midwest! A gem of Nevada, MO. Don’t come in a hurry, although they work fast and efficient. Sometimes you have to wait and it’s so worth it. Huge servings of fries. The hand dipped onion rings are my favorite, but come early because they will sell out. We drove up on a Saturday afternoon, with one goal in mind: A bacon cheeseburger with grilled onions! Getcha some!

We were traveling through and this was exactly what I wanted! A fantastic little diner in a sleepy little town. We got eggs, bacon, sausage, home made hash browns, and couldn’t stop there, Sam our waitress suggested the French toast or a pancake , so we added the French toast, and kept going, with a double bacon cheeseburger and Suzy Qs! Everything was made to order and exactly as it should be. Service was great, food was awesome. If your in the area, check them out!
