The food is good but it is a little pricey. The staff are friendly but can be hard to get their attention. The dining area is large enough for a crowd but fills quickly. The staff seem to spend a good bit of time around the pos not looking into the dinning room.

The aerhinf portions are very large. The El tapatio dip was fantastic! Got seated in a booth right away and had excellent service, it was on a Sunday evening, not too crowded.

I was really impressed by the staff and how they provided helpful suggestions on the menus, were always present if we needed something, and were thoughtful of our children.
The Nacho Libre I ordered was great, though the potatoes were a bit thick/harder than I would like. Chicken was amazing.
The atmosphere was pleasant and relaxing. Really made me want margaritas, lol.

We have frequented El Tapatio since it first came to Farmington up at the old Greyhound Bus Station out by OO HWY. And even after all these years it’s still our favorite go to spot l. Great food and a wonderful attentive staff.
