I don’t know what kind of joke Dairy Queen is trying to pull with these so-called “Reaper Tacos,” but I’ve had gas station tacos with more effort and flavor. First off, presentation was a mess — tossed into a box like someone gave up halfway. The shells were dry and crumbling, like they’d been sitting under a heat lamp since last week. As for the filling? Barely any meat, drenched in a sad drizzle of sauce and loaded with lettuce and tomato like that’s supposed to cover up the lack of flavor.
There was absolutely nothing “Reaper” about these. No spice. No kick. No soul. Just disappointment in a tortilla. If you’re expecting some fiery, bold flavor like the name suggests, keep dreaming. These tacos couldn’t haunt a mosquito, much less my taste buds.
Dairy Queen, do better. This isn’t it.

No ketchup or napkins after I asked specifically for them. The hunger buster jr is smashed and the bread is grease soaked. It’s like if was made and then microwaved upon sale. Ugh. Worse DQ Ive ever been to.

Went through drive thru we waited a good 20 minute,before we got our meal.. food was good though jus didnt like the wait especially being in drive thru and wasnt that busy they did give us a few free items for next time

This is the second time I’ve been here in two weeks and it’s been a bad experience both times. First time: the young man who worked here looked pissed off and wasn’t friendly. The second: I put in my order online and drove to pick it up and they gave it away to someone else. So I had to wait to remake it. The young man who managed the register was quit pleasant and apologized at least three times. He is what this place need more employees like him. Professional and sympathetic to a bad situation.

I went to this location and was told the specials were only good if I come in and eat there. So I got it to go. 2 chicken strip dinners and 2 malts. $29!!!! $29 at Dairy Queen! What a joke! I called and of course they don’t take calls! So I called the other Dairy Queen and NO that is not a requirement to go inside to get the special!! No matter what time or when you call they.have it off the hook! Someone needs to look into this place!! Who is the manager? Wish I could

Good location. My kid dropped her ice cream and the employee instantly jumped in and replaced her come for free. The whole staff is great. Food is good too. Chicken Taco salad is good.

It was very busy at 9pm so we had quite a wait even though there was only 1 person ordering in front of us. Very chaotic and frantic atmosphere. Their system is not set up for efficiency, which shows in service. The sundae was good but I ordered chopped peanuts on top and got whole peanuts that were honey coated which doesn’t go well with strawberries. There was room for us to sit but there were flies everywhere. They really need some type of trap system to help keep this problem under control. They were lol over the tables, windows, serving areas, etc. Not a lot for parking and it was difficult to find a spot, had to wait.
