For a fast food restaurant this one had the best customer service I’ve ever experienced anywhere. We were greeted as we walked in and out server Charlotte went above and beyond her duties to take care of us the food was great but will be remembered by the excellent service we were given. 5 stars to Charlotte, your friendliness, kindness and professionalism is what is need for all customers server employees.

I got an order of fried pickles, an order of egg rolls and a small drink. The fried pickles and egg rolls were freshly fried and perfectly crisp and hot. The small drink was a good size. I got sweet tea and it was perfectly sweetened and had a good fresh flavor. The lady who took my order was very friendly and sweet. And there were very few customers inside the restaurant, which gave it a nice quiet atmosphere. I will definitely eat there again.

I had a great experience at Zaxby’s of Bristol, but it was clear the establishment was running with minimal staffing. It took about 22 minutes to get my food after ordering, and the manager appeared to be handling almost everything while more guests continued to come in.
The food itself was fresh, hot, and flavorful—worth the wait once it arrived. The atmosphere, however, felt hectic and overwhelming due to the long wait times and steady crowd. As a substitute to Chick-fil-A, Zaxby’s is a solid option, although I did notice the sandwiches appear to be significantly smaller by comparison.
I want to give high praise to the manager I observed. Even in what was clearly a stressful situation, he maintained a calm demeanor and showed professionalism throughout. It was impressive to see someone handle that kind of pressure while still treating customers with respect.
I’ll definitely consider coming back, but next time I might plan around when Chick-fil-A is open to see if the crowds are a little less hectic.

When we came into the restaurant we immediately went to the rest room to wash hands. The floor was so slick that I was practically skating. After coming back into the restaurant I realized that the dining room floor was slick as well. I ask our cashier if they realized how slick the floors were. He told me yes they did and said something about degreasers being put in the mop water, but that he wasn’t there the night before when they mopped. I heard others comment on how slick the floors were. This is an accident waiting to happen and in my opinion unacceptable in a restaurant.

A good Zaxby’s in the Bristol area.
Came for a quick dinner.
The staff were really nice and helpful.
I had their classic chicken sandwich and it was good. Chicken was juicy, and I like the sauce they used but it needs more pickles. Then again I don’t think there is a chicken Sandwich from any restaurant that used enough pickles.
Over all it was good. Recommended.

Surprisingly fresh! My wife and I really enjoyed our salads and the kid said the chicken and fries were tasty. Everything was very clean and the staff was friendly. Wish we had more Zaxby’s down south.

I don’t know how you can over cook something and still have it underbaked in some parts of the food. Also the size is a joke. The caramel dip doesn’t taste good and it has a foul smell. I would not recommend this product. In fact I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant they never have anything in stock and they got rid of the spring rolls which was the only thing that was alright on the menu.

3 cookies sell for $2.39
Their 12 cookie platter sells for $12.99
Their 36 cookies platter sells for $34.99
Zaxbys is over charging $3.43 per platter of 12 cookies and over charging $6.31 per platter of 36 cookies.
Moral of this story y’all… don’t order them in platters, order them by the 3ct AND definitely don’t try to explain simple math to the folks over there. You can just see the confusion
