Waited a total 30 minutes for 2 COLD tacos that were ordered in the app. When I pulled up to the drive thru, I was told to pull up to space 4. Waited 15 minutes there & called the store. Employee told me the tacos were fresh because the “taco person” just got there. Drove .25 mile home & these are ICE COLD & HARD. Called the store again, got more BS.

Awful experience here every time I go. Food always takes so long to come out and we just recently went and were told we had to order on the kiosk because they were short handed and couldn’t help us at the counter but yet there were about 4-5 employees standing around chitchatting. Seems priorities at this location is way off.

I stopped in to get two Junior cheeseburgers and two tacos which is a special treat for us my dog and I since the economy has gotten bad we don’t eat out as much I did my order myself on the kiosk then it told me to go to the cashier to pay for my food I go up there patiently wait I was not in a rush as I overheard one employee telling the drive-thru worker that I was needing to cash out I never said anything the employee told the rude drive-thru lady and I say she’s rude cuz I hear her saying well she’ll have to wait and she didn’t say it in any kind way I went in there with a good mood left crying and frightened due to the hostility of one worker might not mean nothing to you but some people do you suffer from physical abuse mental abuse PTSD which you reminded me of just by your hateful attitude and your words after covid it appears that rude customer service is allowed tolerated by business owners I disagree I am not going to tolerate that if she doesn’t like her job she should go find another one cuz there’s plenty of people that need a job that have good personalities and like their job I will be calling corporate

I’m a door dash driver and when I walked in the employees immediately said take care of the drive through first do door dash last . This is my job and the customers I pick up for are also paying customers. These employees are absolutely rude rolling eyes and it’s barely busy . I won’t accept any more offers from here and inform my customers

Was told not serving burgers etc today only fried food. The tacos were cold and stale. Upon checking out she stated sorry I can’t give you change were out of penny’s. Bless these employees hearts having to work like that. Management needs to step it up.

Kudos, High Five, many blessings, hugs& kisses…order #4056, placed at 7:19pm…the staff deserves a many bonus points!! Don’t know what was going on. Clearly they were OVERWHELMED & the staff handled the situation professionally & with GREAT attitude in the face of their challenge.

The food is still good but there seems to be a lack of care, while sitting there they didn’t greet or notice customers only calling out the order but no other acknowledgement. has the order process changed where you can only self order?

I had a very simple order of 4 tacos and a large (non-curly) fry. Requested no condiment packets be put in my bag. Got home to discover I had paid $8.09 for just one taco, a mix of fries and a bag full of condiments. Jack is a failure in Mabank.

Had an amazing time with my family in this Jack! We came by for late munchies and I was surprised their customer service was good, usually every one is tired late but they made us feel welcomed. Our order was a bit big considering there was 5 of us but they were able to bring out the food in less than 20 minutes, which was way less than what we expected. Everything was fresh and warm, delicious! (Considering it’s a fast food) I recommend this local!
