We were visiting Raleigh, and this place looked yummy. I grabbed a Reuben, we also got a quesadilla, wings and hot dog. Everyone else liked theirs. I loved mine! The Reuben was amazing! I’ve never had one served open face, but it allowed me to put ALL the sauce and not be mushy. A+ There are a few other things on the menu that looked amazing. It was cool to see a special Oberon on the draft menu. Super good and highly suggest. We left before live music, but it looks like an amazing place to hang and listen to music. Doubt the 6 and 11 year olds would love it though. Ha! Thank you for a great experience.

First time at O’Malley’s, it took a good minute for my eyes to adjust to the light of the room. I got a ruban and onion rings, they were both very delicious. And for desert we took home a slice of 21 cake, and a slice of Elvis cake. The 21 cake is wow… good Jamerson whiskey cake. The Elvis cake was very tasty and good to eat.

Really enjoyed lunch at O’Malley’s the other day. Once you get use to the darkness, the whole vibe kind of grows on you. Our server was very friendly, efficient and helpful. Great selections and oversized portions. We enjoyed Fish and Chips and a Ruben. Both were delicious. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

We recently had a celebration there and the staff and management were wonderful to work with! They helped make the surprise party run smooth by stashing the cake and letting us decorate early. Food was delicious ( I got the fish n chips), live music had us laughing and singing, and server was awesome. This place is worth the visit!

First time here..Its very dark inside, I even ask for a candle to shine some light. Food was good. Was there @ 7:40pm on a Saturday, and only a handful of customers. This place should be hoping on a Saturday night? What happen to all the people? I feel that if this place doesn’t get a daily crowd, that it may close up soon.

This was just my first time visiting, but we will be back! The servers were attentive and the food was great. It probably helps that they had a live band that night as well, but I definitely enjoyed the atmosphere. We came by for Hubby’s bday and of course had to get the 21+ cake! I had just the pimento cheese sandwich with bacon on gluten free bread. (Yes, fellow allergic/intolerant peeps, they can accommodate! *May not be celiac friendly, will have to check this next time)

Four of us went there on a Saturday for lunch. There was a small crowd mostly gathered around the bar. We were told to sit where we wanted and we chose a booth slightly beyond the bar. The waitress came by for our drink order. She asked if we were ready to order appetizers. We told her we hadn’t looked at the menu yet. When she came back with the drinks, three of us ordered fish and chips and our friend’s husband ordered a Rueben. The place was fairly dark, the table was well worn. Pretty much what we expect from an Irish pub. The fish and chips was a little disappointing. The batter was not thin and flaky but rather thickly covering the fish. There was plenty to eat however. The Rueben came assembly style which I found interesting. After he assembled it he made a comment that it was good. All in all, an average restaurant. I will go back to it at some point and sample more of the menu.

I chose the Asian salad with grilled chicken and it was outstanding. Flavor was excellent and the portion size was just right.

Live music nightly, quite varied menu. Can be to loud to talk with some bands, depending on seating. It’s a favorite watering hole, and I’ve never had anything to eat here that wasn’t good.

Drinks are cheap and there’s live music

The food is tasteless. I’ve tried numerous dishes here. The shepherd pie is just tasteless mush. The Rueben is dry, the corned beeff and cabbage was filling but needed to me drenched in mustard to even have a taste.

I guess if they’re going with the British food has no taste aspect then they’re pretty accurate.
