Got the 2 cheeseburger meal with extra onion-$10- guy at the window gives me a coke and says have a good day, I’m like i hot the meal… oh OK…I already new at that point everything was going to be wrong. Waited at the window for 7 mins Wren they come tell me pull ahead to spot 1 and wait…. waited there for 10 minutes. Get home and I have 2 cheeseburgers with a dry bun and ONLY ketchup. What was it waiting 15 minutes for? A crusty bun and ketchup… cool
Worst meal I have ever had. Not worth my time going back, ruined my lunch. And you guys pay what? Cant even get a simple order right. Ridiculous. Waste of $10 i should have just thrown the $$ out my window. So disappointed. And guess what? Everything was a I said on my receipt. Maybe you should look at the orders and make them right. Will not go to this location ever again.

I ordered a Big Mac and received a chicken sandwich with the big Mac bun. Certain crews there are very lazy and don’t care about the products or the customers. Would not recommend this McDonald’s. Also 2 weeks ago I ordered a quarter pounder with bacon and I started to eat it and it was raw on the inside like it was just browned on the outside. One of the worst experiences ive ever had in my life. I ordered ahead in the app, they cash out my order before I get there so not only is it not ready, but they tried to gaslight me into thinking that I had the wrong store. After I pulled up the receipt and showed multiple employees, my order was STILL given to me missing items. This crew are incompetent and seemingly couldn’t handle the easiest of tasks and have essentially stolen from me. Never again will I return here and I genuinely hope that the people working the shift on 11/19 at roughly 5pm get better training, learn to read things more carefully, and for the love of god, get better at customer relations. Because this was just ridiculous.

We ordered a 10 piece nuggets and a double quarter pounder with only cheese took them over twenty minutes and watched 10 cars go ahead of us before they came out for the third time and asked us what we ordered. This is very unprofessional and you need better management here especially for lunch Rush. The food was cold besides the fries.

I give it all a 1 star I come here almost every morning. Usually isn’t to bad of a wait. This morning idk who or what they got running shift in there but its gotta be fixed over 20 minute wait for 2 sandwiches. Now ive worked mcdonalds all positions. Its not hard its not time consuming. Its surely not rocket science. This location is absolutely slow. Over 20 minutes for 2 sandwiches. They can’t get the orders correct for the life of them. Their haskbrowns taste like they’ve been sitting in old fryer oil does not taste good at all! This locati9n is overall the worst ihavebeen to in many many years if feel sorry for anybody that wastes their time coming to this location.

On October 39, I placed an order online. I arrived in line at 7:15pm. There were 3 cars ahead of me in both drive thru lines. Everything moved VERY slowly. The pay window was not staffed. It was 7:54 by the time I got my food. Their explanation was that the fries machine was broken and they were low on supplies. I would have left long before picking up my food, but it had already been paid for on the app. Employees should have notified everyone in line of the situation and given refunds to those with paid online orders. The sandwich was okay, but the fries had only half of them acceptable for eating and had to be thrown away. I would really like my money refunded for the inconvenience and the quality of my food. My order code was EC24.

This McDonald’s literally sucks! The first time i ordered curbside it took like 30 mins to get it! The manager even admitted that someone most likely printed it off and stuck the ticket somewhere. I just dont get how hard it is to put butter and syrup in the bag with pancakes its an AUTOMATIC thing! When we order a drink through drive thru with light ice one of the employees wants to hand us a drink FILLED with ice and when my husband says something to her about it she wants to have an attitude and say “that is light ice” when he shook it and the liquid didnt even move she finally gave us the light ice drink. Like its not hard to read the ticket and MAKE SURE YOURE GIVING THE RIGHT ORDER OR DRINK. This place honestly needs to either fire everybody and get new people in there or retrain the ones you have. They very rude and cant ever get the order right! This has been more than one occasion!

Just went to this McDonald’s got charged for what I asked for. (Two apple pies and one strawberry and créme.) Got 2 strawberry créme and that’s it, but still got charged for three.

I called, she had an attitude, answered with sighing. I tried telling the situation, she said she couldn’t hear me and hung up.

(This is why I’d rather eat a burger king than McDonald’s. McDonald’s always loses the game now.)

I’ve been to this McDonald’s frequently as it is very close to my house. Tonight we pulled up and sat for over 5 minutes before anyone came to the speaker. To then be told they were already switching to breakfast and could not take our order for about 30 or so minutes. This is not the first incident at this McDonalds. Previously we’ve sat and not had our order taken even tho other cars had theirs taken and then to be told no other orders could be taken at this time and it was in the middle of the day. We’ve also ran into issues here with there only being a manager running everything and no one helping her.

Update:
We waited until 410am (when we originally pulled up around 340am) and were still told that it would be another few minutes, possibly 5 before they’d be ready to take any orders. Around 420 we gave it one last shot and while sitting at the speaker, there was no answer for about 5 additional minutes when we finally got to order. After receiving the food, I was not given any condiments to go with my big breakfast with hotcakes.

This McDonald’s used to be one of the better ones the last 2 times I ordered was waiting in line in store for 30 min after my order was wrong in the drive thru one one had a clue what they are doing running around clueless on who’s order is who’s now it’s new years ever placed an order in drive thru again got to the window and they had no clue what we ordered I repeated it back they gave us food but not everything had to get back online for another 15 min wait while our food got cold this is ridiculous not sure how this location makes any money with all the people I seen both time having to get their order re made got home and the order was still wrong after I got home and opens up what they forgot
