Bad experience all around. 1st couldn’t hear me so the young lady came outside to take the order. We ordered several drinks a kids burger meal mayo and ketchup only, it had pickles fine we removed them. 2nd Ordered a hot fudge sundae she didn’t charge me for it so had to reorder and pay for it Fine. 3rd ordered a Strawberry cheesecake shake and literally tasted and looked like vanilla so only cheesecake, I told the girl this isn’t Strawberry and doesn’t even look pink,, she replied its just very well blended. After insisting she left without saying anything. She then came back with a new shake and I gave her the old shake. She had attitude the whole time as if it was my fault she messed up 3 things. I didn’t complain about the pickles only removed them. I Paid for the sundae she forgot to charge me and I only complained about the shake. The 2nd shake was correct. I will post picture and video of her so called Strawberry cheesecake shake and picture of what’s promoted.

We ordered a burrito with no cheese. Omar brought it to us and wouldn’t speak to me. No, here is your food, your total is this much, have a good day, nothing. I buzzed back because the order was wrong. On the ticket was right, just made wrong. He told me to hold on… Ok. He brought me the correct food and I tried handing him back the wrong order. I said you don’t want it and he just shook his head no. Just very unprofessional. Not sure why he was refusing to speak.

Ordered sausage breakfast burrito!! This is a 9″ flour tortilla (170cal). Two medium eggs(120 cal). 1 ounce sausage 90cal. 1 ounce cheese 110cal.
This is exactly what the photo looks like and matches the calorie count. The first waiter was polite and it was very hot I opened it and Joyce’s it was very small literally with a burnt FRIED egg. I pointed that out and kindly reminded him not only do I not want burnt food I want what I ordered and he would have a repeat customer.
Then another guy approached with an attitude with an even smaller amount of food and lies and day they use quarterpound eggs! I told him it is supposed to be 2 eggs and 2 large eggs are a quarter pound not 1. He ask if I want Corporates number. I tell him yes.
Then the cook comes out and proudly gets fresh and flat out told me the photo is not what they cook here. They weight it out it is just 1 eggs they do not scramble etc. And rudely walked off.
Here is what I got. 1 medium egg poorly cooked(60 cal). 15 grams of sausage (50 cal). 0.5 ounce cheese(maybe less) 55cal. Tortilla 170cal.. ~335 calories literally half an oversized tortilla!! He measures it out alright. He gave me no more than a half serving of every with prejudice.
Giving a 2 star because the first waiter is a gentleman and for no other reason.
Not my first bad experience here.

Ordered a #19 and asked for a beef patty instead of sausage and they told me they had to charge an additional $2 for it. It’s always been a thing to substitute and I don’t know why the manager there lacks that effort for the customer but that’s not ok. She also came out to my car to tell me this instead of telling me on the intercom. I don’t wanna have an arguement about how I would like MY food prepared. This location is badly managed and operated

My God!! Second time we have preordered online at this location & then have to wait over 30 minutes for our food! How is this possible? We prepaid, tipped nicely…then have to wait a half an hour to get the food. Late back to work too! What a joke!!! Never again!

Spent 52 dollars even and tipped. While waiting for the food I asked if they could unlock the mens restroom. They kept declining, even told me it doesnt work like that (ordering food and cant use the restroom), until i asked for a refund and to cancel my order. Then they took a few minutes to decide to come open it.
Its not packed, we were the only people there, and some associates were even on their phone.
Garbage service. Never coming back.

Really like this location. Its one of the best ones around. The service is always fast and friendly
-update- I hadn’t been here in about a year and when I finally went again, the food was not fresh. The service was decent. I ordered the jumbo popcorn chicken with buffalo sauce. They gave me bits of chicken and some didn’t even have chicken it was just crispy. I also got chili cheese tots and you can tell the chili was old. Very disappointed.

How much money I spent with you guys every week and do the app order and I tip your servers for coming out to me for them always to be rude and take the freaking time I’m always waiting extra 10 minutes after y’all closed out the order to get my food. It’s always this location that’s pathetic.
