Must-try Indian (Punjabi) food on I-40 in Foss, Oklahoma!
Punjabi Yum is a hidden gem on I-40. The aloo paratha was lit — soft, flavorful, and clearly made fresh. I also loved the chana bhature, which was delicious and very satisfying. You can truly feel that the food is made from the heart — it felt comforting and homemade.
Authentic Punjabi food like this is a rare find in the USA, especially at a highway stop. I do wish the owner updates the place a bit, as it could attract even more people, because the food absolutely deserves it.
Wishing this business great success — I’ll definitely stop again whenever I’m passing through!

I really liked it and the people working there were very nice. had chicken curry and cauliflower potato with rice and a great cauliflower bread. it was nicely spicy, came with sliced onion and jalapeño and yogurt and to go containers because we couldn’t finish it all. really good. it’s in a dive gas station but fear not, it was very good.

It was a great find during our travels—a real gem. The service was excellent, the host was knowledgeable, and the food came out quickly.
We loved the Chhole Puri and completely fell in love with the Aloo and Paneer Paratha. Everything was very satisfying.
Sorry we forgot to take pictures this time, but we will definitely be back soon.

I was very excited to try this Indian place due to the reviews but unfortunately I was disappointed. You order at the counter and the menu has no prices so they can pretty much charge what they like. Ordered 2 chicken currys and had to get rice and bread separate. As you can see from the picture very little is ate out of container and look at all the bones. It was mostly bones and juice. I would be concerned if I had a child eating this as there were so many small pieces of bones. The food was good and the restaurant was clean with plenty of parking. It is inside of the gas station.

The best food I have ever had on the highway. Absolutely unbelievable food. I have eaten at many places but this restaurant was unexpectedly amazing. Saag and white chanaa and parathas. Guys you must stop here you will not regret it. Can’t wait to stop in again to grab some amazing food.

The food was no doubt amazing and delicious,i got two Gobbi Prathas and a cup of tea.
The total came out to be $19 out of nowhere.
I still wonder what they charged me for but anyways that was kinda over over and over priced.

I was hopeful for some good quality Indian Food!We tried the chicken curry and the samosa chat. The flavor was there, however there was hardly any meat in the chicken curry – it was mostly bones. The samosa chat was nice, it was chickpeas, beans, and this yogurt sauce with the samosa inside.. however it was very sweet and had a very small piece of samosa. This place would do well to put more effort into using quality ingredients, instead of cheap chicken drumsticks and random bone-filled pieces… I don’t usually leave reviews but I hope this place does better in the future!

If you like Indian cuisine, don’t miss this gem of a place located in a truck stop convenience center. The food is uniformly delicious and, judging by the level of heat, authentic. They serve a complimentary rose flavored beverage that complements the food well.

Vegans and vegetarians of I-40 rejoice! We had the samosas and they were fantastic. The veg menu is huge and prices are affordable. Friendly folks too. We had to get back on the road but they have plenty of seating available if you want to sit down to eat. Check them out!

What a treat! Wasn’t expecting to be able to eat such a delicious lunch when I stopped off for gas. It was every bit authentic of an Indian restaurant experience I could have hoped for. Highly recommended.
