This location is consistently slow when getting food out yet always looks busy. I’ve never had my order ready by the time I arrive even if placing the order 10-15 minutes prior and seeing it say “ready in about 6 minutes” and then still have to wait an additional 10-15 minutes.. By the time you receive it, certain items are cold. Avoid this location if you are actually wanting fast service and hot food..

I normally have a good experience here. But when I stopped by they were out of chicken sandwiches so got beef n cheddars with an order of tenders. They asked me wait at the 2nd window for about 5 minutes which was fine until I got home. The sandwiches and fries were cold and they forgot the tenders. Drove back and told them the order was missing the tenders and the rest of the food was cold. They apologized and gave me the tenders with a medium fry instead of a small to make up for it. Food and service were on the low end of okay even for Arby’s.

Took 20 minutes to get our food and the place was virtually empty and no other cars in the drive through. We only ordered 3 roast beef sandwiches and 4 sliders. There was a lot of sauce under the bun but very little on the sandwich. The beef and cheddar ones were barely even warm. Service was not good either. Not going back to this location.

I have been to this Arby’s many times and it always has fast, friendly, and professional service. The woman manager is a gem! She is always very helpful, friendly, and completely professional. She has a fantastic attitude and is the main reason I keep coming back here. The food is outstanding: hot, fresh, and delicious!

Today was the first time I went to this particular Arby’s location. Came here with my wife, children, and in-laws after church. Overall it was a bad experience. The outside of the restaurant does look very dated compared to other Arby’s locations, but I actually assumed that this would mean the service and food were very good if it’s been there for such a long time. Upon entering the restaurant, myself, and my young son noticed that it smelled pretty bad in there. But we went ahead and ordered our food. Then, we started talking to other folks waiting for their food. Some had been there for 20 minutes waiting for their order despite the restaurant essentially being empty. Ours took about 15 minutes, which is longer than I think it should be but not egregious. While waiting, we saw other customers having issues with their orders as well. Some were related to customers using the app. Also, there was a woman behind the counter who I assumed was a manager that was being particularly nice to her fellow associates or customers. Also, the bathrooms were not great – I’ll leave it at that. The food itself was just fine, but as I left, I found myself asking how this place could possibly stay in business.

Wasn’t going to leave a review, but Google asked. We didn’t even end up ordering. When my coworker and I walked in, we were greeted by the staff(grown men) arguing and yelling at each other. They were busy but instead of handling orders they screamed at each other about “don’t tell me how to do my job” and “you aren’t doing that right”. We won’t be back. Waste of a lunch break.

Waited 30 minutes in drive thru. After ordering I was told to go to the second window. I pulled to the second window and waited another 10 minutes. When the employee came to the window he yelled at me that I was supposed to go to the first window. I told him I was instructed to go to the second window and he said, “well we’re really busy here!” I then told him I was going to pay with tap and he yelled, if you’re going to pay with tap then you’re going to have to go all the way around back through the drive through and come back to pay! (There were over ten cars behind me.) I said okay, no worries I will pay in cash then. He snatched the money out of my hand and we waited about her 15 minutes for our food.

I’m sure the employees were trying, but they really didn’t know what they were doing. As I stood and waited too long for my order, I observed at least twice that they messed up the orders. The shift manager would check the bags and take things out and put them in different bags. When they finally noticed me still waiting, I was asked what my order was. I told her and she looked at the monitor and my order had been deleted. She was able to pull it back up, but it was just strange. Good thing I wasn’t in a hurry!
