The remodel & kiosk ordering are nice! We sat in the kids room because of the changing colored light table. Food is as expected. I only get the fish since those are almost always made to order. Via the kiosk, I could customize it with light tarter sauce (there is usually way too much via reg ordering – drive through), add tomato, etc so I received exactly how I’d like to eat it. Service was fine.

A bad experience. We bought through the drive thru, we ordered for a family of 4: a hot tea, (they gave us the cup with hot water… No tea bag or sugar), the happy meal was half lost, no juice no french fries. They where rude and obviously they didn’t care about doing a god job preparing what we ask for. First and last time here.

Nice play area for kids. Was actually open this time when we stopped by. Our orders were fine, but they forgot an apple juice that was ordered with a happy meal. No biggie, just had to go to the counter and ask for it.

Arrived at the drive through at 7:05PM they close at 10pm. The lady that took our order was extremely rude. She acted as if we were inconveniencing her to perform a simple job. We ordered one meal and noting more. There was no one in line or even inside, so not like they were overwhelmed. They couldn’t even get the order correct. Never will return to this McDonald’s. The one off Library road is so much better. Worth the extra mile or two.

Incompetent blue shirt couldn’t figure out how to make plain double cheese burger and they couldn’t figure out how to read recipe to give refund and charged me for the drink they threw away before I got to drink it and insisted it was my fault. Only took an hour to get most of my money back.
