We lost our Hardee’s in Springfield Ohio and my bf and I kept talking about how we missed their breakfasts. We came today and we’re so happy we did. The Biscuits were perfection the 3 man crew with the Morning Manager kept things running so smoothly during the breakfast rush. Polite and Awesome customer service. Very pleasant and relaxed atmosphere. Top notch staff!!! We will be back!!!!

Well things have gotten a little better over the years but I still think they need to close the place. I mean why is it every time I get a biscuit sandwich it’s smashed and why is 9 out of 10 times when I get any form of a potato it is barely warm

We have been to this location several times. We went through the drive thru today and last week as well as other dates, and the woman at the window (younger Caucasian with long braids) acts like she hates her job. She has zero personality. People like her shouldn’t work in customer service and definitely not at a drive thru window. The older lady there is much friendlier and always has a smile on her face. You should reconsider who you let work at the drive thru windows. The food has always been good but the poor service outweighs the good. I will not be returning to this location for a while.

Pull it together already Hardee’s! Is prob fall over if I actually got fresh hot food from any Hardee’s. One time I had to wait for a “fresh” chicken sandwich… totally cold in the middle! Joke!
8/20/2025 the service was decent and the food was fresh and good! I wish I could get the same service and fresh food every time!

My husband, a friend and I were traveling home and stopped at this Hardees. My husband and I ordered a bacon cheeseburger no tomato and our friend ordered a bacon cheeseburger no onion. Not a hard order. We placed our order at 1136am and at 1151 the ladies who ordered after us got their food and then complained that the order wasn’t right. That’s because they got OUR food. So then we had to wait another 10 mins for our sandwiches to be remade while our fries sat and got cold. Meanwhile, our friends burger was done and when he asked about his food and the manager yelled at him saying that they were waiting on fries. Ill just say that I’ll never go to this hardees again nor will I recommend it to anyone! The service was terrible, the employees were unable to do anything right and no one was held responsible for their mistake. The food was terrible, fries were cold and the remade burger was dry. We didn’t even eat our whole meal. And to top it off, there was no compensation offered for the inconvenience.

My father had a horrible experience here recently. He ordered a large breakfast that was omitted and he was charged for an apple turnover that would have been free with the large breakfast. The 24 cinnamon biscuits should be charged in 6 pack quantities (rather than six 4 packs). But the biggest issue is sales tax. The order was carry out, he repeated it was carry out and said, “please do not charge me sales tax,” which, of course, they did. This has been an ongoing problem that no one seems to understand or have the ability to fix. On this receipt alone, it was nearly $5. Seriously, did they really think he was eating all of that there, in one sitting?! Even the manager seemed to struggle to figure out things. Maybe more training would help. Very disappointing, frustrating, and costly.
