They have watered down the ketchup. It’s not as thick. Also the ice tea machine is no longer in lobby. It would be nice to offer zero coke in the soda machine.

There’s a sign on the wall that says if you stay beyond 30 minutes you’ll be considered loitering on the premises and asked to leave.
There was one person kicked out for this reason because the last time they were there they took too long to drink their coffee when employees and their spouses were allowed to sit around for hours after work and while waiting for them to get off work when they could have waited in their car.
How come it’s okay for employees and their spouses to wait around for hours but it’s not okay for guest/ customers to do the same?
Worst customer service and worst McDonald’s I have ever been to ☹️☹️

Took forever through the drive through even though I had a mobile order. Then got my food which was completely wrong. Ordered their value meal and happy meal, and they forgot the mcchicken, nuggets, and the happy meal fries. Oh also, the food I did get was cold. Couldn’t have been much worse

McDonald’s isnt what it used to be when I was young, but this particular store has made me a fan again.
I will usually stop in everyother weekend through their drive through (my occasional guilty pleasure). A couple of weeks ago, as I was being handed my food through the pickup window, I’d asked the young man if he were the Manager (he was dressed for the part) and when he replied that he was, I gave him a very extended compliment on how impressed I’ve been, every time I came through. The food quality was much better than others in town. I specifically mentioned this to him, and explained that there was another location one mile from my house, and I will always go two miles out of my way to this one.
The difference is obvious. This Manager is not only good at his job, but he is obviously doing his job very well. From the final package (the food) back to entering the drive thru, to the crew members, with politness and even being attentive.
Sorry that I dont remember the mangers name, but if he is reading this, he’ll remember this breif conversation we had

Late night McDonalds workers are some of the meanest food service workers I have ever experienced. I can’t help but feel bad for these employees. If they valued their jobs more, they probably wouldn’t feel the need to take it out on their customers.
Maybe put up more “motivational” signs, bc the ones you currently have on the wall are being ignored. Cheers.

Probably the best McDonald’s I’ve been to in a while..are inside, the manager was extremely pleasant, smiled, laid back..made the atmosphere there good .. food was quick and fresh too..no messed up order…11:15 lunch order

Food quality is always awful and they close earlier than they’re supposed to. No mobile orders allowed, and the staff is rude. Just restart the store whoever the GM is here needs to get fired

Went in. Ordered a sausage egg biscuit. It was so hard I couldn’t eat it. Took it up to the counter to get a fresh one and it was undercooked so I will not be visiting this McDonald’s again. Thank you.
