The chicken and salad bar were very good. It’s about the most awful pizza I’ve tried. Given it several chances at multiple locations. The chicken definitely is the saving grace and gets 3 stars from me.

When our reservation elsewhere for a group of 20 fell through, pizza ranch accommodated us with short notice. The manager was able to arrange a party room for us and the buffet kept stocked with a good variety of hot food. The manager and our waitress, Eden, really worked hard for us and kept our group outing from becoming a disaster. Can’t thank them enough!

I was so disappointed going into pizza ranch in burlington with my husband today . It seems that there was construction done recently and it was not cleaned up afterwards. The napkin dispensers , ledge of wall , walls themselves, and chairs were coated with construction dust. There was food build up in between the wood frames of bench and cushion seats . The floor was covered in a mix of food and construction dust . We came in around noon so it clearly was not from the same day . I actually had to stop eating because I was grossed out at the cleanliness of the restaurant. As far as the food , none of the pizza on the buffet was warm at all. I actually love all previous Pizza Ranches I have been to ,( this was our first time at this location) but I will not be returning to the Burlington location .

The manager Tim was absolutely fantastic and made sure all our needs for my baby shower were met!! Buffet was wonderful & staff was very friendly! We had a great time and will definitely be coming back in the future!

They never have a full buffet. No food on the buffet and the food that was there was old and nasty and the service is not good either. They never have chicken you spent more time watching the buffet for food then actually eating

We had lunch here on Sunday September 7. The fried chicken was phenomenal! The breasts were huge, juicy and tender. I could’ve just eaten those and I would’ve been happy. The salad fixins were top notch and pizzas were very good. Our empty plates were removed quickly and we left satisfied.
I wish these were in Indiana… oh wait, no I don’t. I’d weigh 400# if they were!!

I like the buffet they offering. It’s nice to try varieties in pizza as unlimited.Also you can order one pizza which you like as a separate. Reasonable price. Ample parking facility with wheel chair access entrance.
