I absolutely hate leaving bad reviews, but the last several times I’ve gone to this location whether it be physically going there or getting it delivered it has always been a huge let down. Tonight, we went in and they hardly had anything left, on the buffet. They were “out” of pico, black beans, corn, and guac, yet where they did the pickup orders they had everything in stock. What really sucks is that I was charged full price for getting a chicken bowl with rice and cheese. I got two bowls and it came out to $17, honestly, I wouldn’t even pay $5 for what I got.

The service in this location has continued to suffer and suffer. Now to the point of lying about orders. Don’t tell me I was not charged and my order didn’t go through when I can log on to my bank account and show you! Then tell me the only way to get my food was to stand in line and pay for it… I already did! So after repeatedly being told my order didn’t go through I called the customer service and explained. The young lady was awesome and pointed out that they must have locally deleted it because she can see it in the system and can see I was charged! So Jordan, you lied and within that lie it’s called an attempt to defraud me and steal my money. I hate to say this but I hope your fired!

I ordered ahead and my order was not ready when I got there after the promised time. After a few minutes, I asked about my order and a guy asked me my name, looked at a computer,and walked away to do something else, which was odd. When the guy came back, I asked him again and showed him the email receipt for my order. Then he asked someone to make my burrito. It ended up coming out about 10 or 15 minutes past the promised time. I would have been better off waiting in line and not ordering ahead from this location.

It used to be great but now the serving sizes are lacking. They skimp on portions at this location. I order from this location frequently with coworkers and put in big orders for burrito bowls. Often all the orders are so small they wouldn’t even fill a burrito. not worth the large amount I pay for a big order.

Power went out so the meal was not ready and was asked to wait in a 40-person line. Did not have time and their website is horrible and does not allow reimbursement so basically Chipotle will steal your money. I did get offered a free drink though for $13 which doesn’t seem free.

The food you get tastes decent, but they don’t give you much. I ordered two salads which costs the same as burrito bowls. They skimped on the lettuce for both bowls. I’m not demanding more meat or cheese, free guac or sour cream. We all know that costs extra. I don’t want the rice or beans- but they don’t want to give you what probably is the least expensive ingredient on the line. They seem hard up…They were also out of the Pollo Asado, for a week the woman said. Then she proceeded to tell the next customer the same thing, as if we missed the memo. Well take the sign down and save yourself the trouble of continously repeating yourself. They were also out of the Organic Watermelon Limeade. Two items being promoted that they don’t have.

Did an online order…had to wait 20 mins past the time I had asked for it to be done. I ordered a kids cheese quesadilla and they gave me a steak quesadilla, and I ordered a chicken bowl & the completely screwed my bowl up. They put sour cream and guacamole on my bowl and I never asked for that.
