It’s McDonalds. What else should I say? Millions of people eat here all over the world. I keep it simple. Medium fries and a Coke, and then I like the nuggets, cheeseburger, or McCkicken.

would give 0 if possible. Waited an hour in the drive through to get up to the window to hear “we’re only accepting doordash”. Couldn’t have even sent someone out to let all the customers waiting know. Just because a system is updating doesn’t mean you can’t let your customers know or just write down an order on a piece of paper.

Placed a delivery through the McDonald’s app and ended up missing 4pc nugget so I called the stores asked to speak to a manager and told them of my problem they told me I had to contact DoorDash. Told the manger the app said to contact the store it was ordered from still tried to blame DoorDash
So I told them I would if the stickers and bag showed sign of tampering which It means it falls into they’re responsibility of making sure their orders are properly bagged before handing off to a second or third party delivery service and the manager just straight up hung up on me and when I called back again the manager on duty hung up on me again in the middle of talking which is very unprofessional and now I’m stuck paying full price for missing items. I will definitely be contacting corporate over this this is outrageous managers should be showing more professionalism and better problem solving skill than just merely hanging up on complaining customers and ignoring the problem as this manger did they should be leading by example and he has definitely set a poor unprofessional example

⭐ 1 Star – Poor Customer Service at Minnesota Ave Location

I normally don’t leave reviews, but I had such a disappointing experience at the McDonald’s on Minnesota Avenue that I felt it was necessary to speak up.

I initially went to the 12th Street McDonald’s, but they were busy, so I decided to try the Minnesota location. When I pulled into the drive-thru, there were no cars—so I figured it would be a quicker option. However, when I got to the speaker, I was greeted with a very rushed and unfriendly, “Go ahead with your order.” I let the staff member know that I couldn’t see the menu because the previous customer’s receipt was still on the screen. As the screen finally cleared, he repeated (with a noticeable attitude), “Go ahead with your order.”

I politely asked for a moment to review the menu. When I said I was ready, the response I got was, “You can wait,” again with clear irritation. At that point, I no longer felt comfortable placing an order—if someone speaks to customers like that, I don’t trust them to prepare my food. I drove all the way back to the 12th Street location, waited 20 minutes, and still received excellent customer service there.

What really sealed the deal for me was calling the manager to report the issue—only to be told that I was being rude. Thankfully, I had someone in the car who confirmed that I remained calm and respectful the entire time. It’s unacceptable for a manager to dismiss a customer’s concern like that. If management defends this kind of behavior, it’s no surprise the location has a 3.1-star rating.

In short:
✔️ 12th Street location – worth the wait, great customer service.
❌ Minnesota Avenue location – rude staff, dismissive manager, and poor attitude overall.

I hope McDonald’s takes a closer look at how this location is being run, because this kind of customer experience reflects badly on the brand.

I went through the drive on my lunch break.. order the 2a (single quarter pounder, fries and Hershey’s frappe .. $14.25 I was instructed to pull ahead, received my order. When I get back to the office, I take that first bite and I have hamburger patties that are still mooing… I look at my receipts and it’s not even my order.. UGH!! I did fill out the survey, however I was not able to go back and let them know because my break was over, I not only didn’t get my quarter pounder for lunch but because I have the wrong receipt ($5.23) I can’t even dispute it…. Bad decision choosing McDonald’s for lunch

Didn’t receive two sandwiches and the one sandwich I did receive had the wrong toppings (filthy ketchup). Had to wait over an hour in line because they got swamped. They were very friendly and corrected their mistake.

Matty and Emily are great. They are respectful and kind. They are the reason I keep coming back.

Also shout out to Paul. Is on the line or kitchen guy. He’s actually a funny guy and jokes alot. And yet somehow still efficient.

My burger was raw and they don’t seem to understand and not are they motivated to do things right, do ppl at these establishments look out after their company?? This right here is a lawsuit if illness occurs, if you hate your job, go and encourage yourself to find a job that you will enjoy and make a career out of, you’re serving customers not your mom and dad and you 5 siblings!!! Not to mention the dining area looks like trash

Ordered in the drive thru, paid (received incorrect change), then we were told to pull up where we waited (behind two other cars who were doing the same) for probably 6-7 minutes before our order was walked out to us. The food was warm, but not hot which is what we were expecting considering the wait. No napkins and they forgot our condiments, but the employee ran in to get the condiments which was nice. The store is busy, but not run well. There’s no sense in stacking up cars if you can’t keep up with the orders. It just creates a trap for the customers. Once we order and pay, then we have no choice but to wait. There were numerous people stuck behind us because of this. The car in front of us was still waiting when we left. They need guidance and improved management. On the positive side – food was tasty and restaurant appeared clean.

I’ve had issues with this location before. Either missing food, wrong toppings, long wait times, etc. Today me and my fiance went here and ordered sodas, his was a dr pepper and mine was a diet coke. Before driving off we asked the employee which one the diet coke was, she said that the one marked on the cup was the diet soda. I drank the one that was marked and it was not diet, My fiances cup was the diet. This was a simple mistake but along with the previous bad service I gave this location a 1 star review. On top of that some people have real medical issues where they cannot drink regular soda, such as diabetes. Please do better at this location as I have also read some very recent and bad reviews like someone receiving raw food.
