First time eating at this location. I have a no-go list, and Chilli’s in florida was on it. I will say this dining experience has changed my mind. The service was fantastic, and the food was hot and prepared exactly they way the family and I asked for it to be cooked. I will definitely be returning to try something new on the menu. If you’re looking for a great dining experience, then I recommend stopping by and trying the food for yourself.

I went in to get it to go order.I told the girl at the front desk that I needed somebody to help me read the menu because of my vision.I sat there for a half an hour.Nobody even looked at me.I don’t get out of my home and this was a treat.I went left there empty handed because the employees I think has a problem with disabled people.I don’t recommend this place. Returned to the Chili’s cantina, I did—and this time, the Force flowed smoothly. Service was swift, attentive, and well-timed, proving balance can indeed be restored. Refills arrived without summoning, and requests were handled with the efficiency of a well-trained droid.
The “3 for Me” deal remains strong in value, and paired with great service on this visit, the experience felt complete. When the stars align and the staff is in sync, satisfying the journey becomes.

Chili’s has always been a safe bet in Keene. We went in for nachos, always the best in town. They no longer had the nachos we like with individual chips with toppings, instead a bag of chips with glop on top. Easily 75% of the chips had nothing on them. The server, John, kind of made excuses about how they weren’t popular. For 10 years we’ve gotten them . My chicken fingers were tough and not crispy, the French fries were soggy, the Mac and cheese was a gloppy mess. There was no salt and pepper on the table AND he brought me scotch when I ordered bourbon. My wife’s wine glass was 1/3 full. We spent the entire meal swatting fruit flies and picking them out of our drinks. We left Easily half of our food and a third of my drink on the table and did not ask for a to go box. John was less than pleasant and was muttering things as he left the table. It’s very sad to lose another good restaurant. This is the second bad experience in a row

Came here tonight to have a nice dinner with the family and we were extremely pleased with our food and service.
As soon as we pulled into the parking lot and viewing upon the building you immediately notice how clean the exterior is.
As we entered the restraunt their hostess immediately greeted us with a warm welcome and quickly had us seated in a nice clean booth.
As we waited for no longer than 5 minutes our server for tonight came table side and greeted himself. We had “John” tonight.
He provided top notch service. He got our appetizer correct. Our drink orders came out fast never had to ask for a refill.
Also our order was perfect. The food came out picture perfect. The food was 10/10 thanks to whoever the cook is in the back tonight…. awesome job.
You definitely get your money’s worth here. We were so full at the end of our meal there was no room for dessert
I recommend that you try their “BOSS burger”
