I pulled up to the window, and was greeted by an AI voice. I figured this was just for the greeting, and that a real human being was listening, and ordered two of the new “street chalupas”, steak, with double meat. Iwas mistaken, and the Chatbot responded, and The result was the chalupas showed up on the menu, but without any mention of the double meat. I asked it politely to add the double meat. It said it didn’t understand. I repeated myself but slower and more clearly. It said the same thing, i got a bit agitated and said “add double meat” in a somewhat angry tone. Finally a human responded. They said “you want to add double meat? Okay”, and asked if there was anything else. I added av large nacho fry. Upon recording my order, I was somewhat disappointed by by the size, and wrap for the chalupas, as they were very small, but I get what they were going for, similarity to street tacos which are small. The wrap is not what I was expecting for it being called a chalupa. The picture shows that I was not given double meat, as there were 3 tiny scraps of steak, and 3 is clearly not divisible by 2. I ordered two burritos and a nacho fry. You forgot the nacho fries. I didn’t know it was possible to mess up something so easy or I would’ve checked the bag. My burritos were also cold and tasted like crap. Never going to this taco bell again. Thanks for wasting my time and money.

How is it almost every single time I come to this Taco Bell the chalupas are ALWAYS hard, food is always waited for just for it to get to my hands still cold. I genuinely don’t understand how every time I come theres ALWAYS people waiting on their food and our food is still cold or hard ass chalupas. Yall are NOT supposed to let the chalupas shells sit there all day, theyre meant to be made to order regardless if you’re running them in $7 boxes or not. I waste half of my break in line waiting for food during lunch when I decide to get Taco Bell. Just confusing to me how this location id run

I placed an order at the kiosk in the lobby instead of going through the drive-thru. Since I had cash, the kiosk prompted me to go to the counter and pay. However, one employee went up to the register in front of me twice without acknowledging me. It took another employee about 7 more minutes to come and take my money. I should have left while I was waiting to pay because of how long it took them to acknowledge me at the counter. We ended up waiting an additional 35 minutes with no food in sight.
We asked for a refund because my fiancé has to get to work at his 3rd shift job, and we couldn’t wait any longer. The employee said they were overstaffed, which was unfortunate for everyone, except for the drive-thru customers whose orders seemed to be going out in a far more timely manner. Everyone in the lobby sat there upset and hungry.
I ended up going to the Taco Bell on Phillips and got in and out in under 5 minutes.

I doordash a lot to this location, and I feel the employees don’t give 2 cents. They look at you but don’t acknowledge you at all. I always stand and wait for over 10 to 15 min waiting for someone’s order to be done. Then they look at me and ask who I’m waiting for. Just like right now while I’m writing this review I’m waiting. And only one person has locked at me but has not said a word to me. Left her bag on counter and took it like I want to steal it. Sorry But I want this order on-time and leave please.

Where do I start?
1. I waited to place my order with an actual human and not at the kiosk. It took several minutes for anyone to acknowledge me.
2. It took them an extra 10 minutes to fry up some Cinnabons, why? We’ll one person was working getting trash emptied, another employee was in the lobby tending to her almost grown kids in the lobby.

Do not like the computer voice ordering she does not understand questions! And she has no personality! Waited forever for 1 item and they had everyone pull out of line. Because they said they were waiting on chalupas which im sure is true. But clearly under staffed!
