Ordered grilled chicken wrap, did not specify meal, they charged me the meal without asking. Not big deal. The wrap is ice cold. They said “we no longer heat it up because the machine burns the chicken.”
??? Turn down the temperature, like wth I came here not even a week ago and had a great, hot chicken wrap, just fine. I’ve never left a review on anything before until now.
Oh also, the blue plastic spoons for frosty’s had plastic peeling off, so yum that’s in me now.
The dining area is clean at least but I wouldn’t recommend actually eating.

Went in to get a baconator had to use the restroom for them to ask me to pay first which I did just for the lady say out loud “Thats right we make them pay before we give them the bathroom”. as I use the restroom I come out to get my order started and making it clear she didnt have to be so rude and announce paying to use the restroom like she did and that she didnt need to be like that and to be nice just for her response to be “I dont have to be nice”!!! To a. Paying customer!!!!! Didnt even get to order my food because they forced me out the doors along with recording me and the car as I drive away? Is this how this Wendy’s location is now? Being this way towards a paying customer? I followed the rules just to be put down for using the restroom then when I called them out on it they kick me out and record me?

I went through the drive through and ordered 3 tenders and some other things. The worker never said my order back and told me to pull forward. Because I ordered frosty’s which were over flowing I didn’t check the bag. Yes, of course the order was wrong. I was missing 2 of the tenders. I called and the manager was rude and kept repeating I only paid for one. She didn’t try to make it right. I drove 5 miles home and would have to go all the way back. This is not good customer service. I work in this field. I know you apologize explain you will talk to your employees and compromise with the customer. This manager didn’t even try she only argued. Another fast food place to avoid.

LADY MANAGER WAS AWFUL. We had to go back 3 times. Once to have our food re-made. After coming home & inspecting it, the order was still not made to standards. What did the Mgr do? Argue with me! Saying “she made it herself” all fresh (was not) & correct. She continued to argue with me giving me attitude. Then to get my refund she needed my receipt. But she took the receipt away the first time! IM CALLING CORPORATE THIS IS DISGUSTING FOOD AND AWFUL MANAGEMENT. The fries were old, the burger had so much ketchup the bun was soggy & not intact. The frosty was given to us completely melted & the nuggets, we threw them away too because they were burnt. The fresh fries she made as you can see in the pics were clearly gross. Hire better people. Fire the trash.

Typical Wendy’s with hamburgers, chicken and awesome salad . Zesty southwest chicken is favorite. Excellent strawberry lemonade and frost ice cream and frappes…Nice restaurant and good prices.
5 stars except for manager camped with family and boy climbing on tables, and unfortunately wouldn’t refill lemonade that was 3/4 ice .

Came twice in a couple weeks and both times they botched the order. Same workers each Saturday.
The first time I asked for a single plain and they sent it with everything on it. Yes, it could be pulled off to make but that’s besides the point.
The second time which was today I ordered the exact same order. Single, medium fries and a coke. They got it right with the plain but gave me a jr hamburger for the price of the single.
Definitely a place to check your orders because they will most certainly mess it up.

This was an online order for dine-in. I never told the app to have them make the order because I was going to be a bit getting there. Now that I’m here the order is already made and everything is cold. Why would there be an option to have them start making it if they are going to do so immediately anyway?

Service is alright. Cleanliness is nearly laughable. Multiple tables uncleaned. Not busy at all but dirty. Bathroom is in one word, grotesque.
The food? Fries are warm, even though it’s lunch time. Burgers were hot, so not sure what’s going on.
Never been to a Wendy’s with this kind of poor quality control. Oh and the drinks are 60% out of order. So be prepared for very narrow selections.
