Im so done literally the worst pizza place in Lowell. Last time they gave me a completely different pizza with burnt fries. A few days ago I gave them another chance. SO I ordered a large pizza, 2 fries and an onion ring. Literally the onion rings were so burnt the onion disengrated into nothing. The pizza was burnt on the bottom. I forgot to take a Picture, but everything was cold and tasteless. Fries were the only thing cooked properly. The workers there always have attitudes, and the vibe is very uncomfortable when you walk in. Sad when I was a child I loved this place, but now its horrible food, and shitty atmosphere. I called them 4 times so I can return the food. No one picked up. They lost a customer for life. And I suggest no one eating at this horrible pizza establishment….

This is by far the best pizza shop in Lowell. The pizza tastes exactly like Brick oven pizza while being the price of gas oven pizza. The sauce is just a little sweet and perfectly tangy. Crust is phenomenal. Their prices are Unbeatable. Fantastic price, friendly staff, and a classic city pizza shop atmosphere that is always clean and welcoming.

I bought $90.00 0f pizza Friday night, after getting a ride from Hudson NH. The Hamburg pizzas were burned with all black crust and burnt pieces in the box. The Cheese pizza and the grilled chicken with pineapple had a very flat crust, not rising like usual. I called Espresso Saturday, after finding out the rest of the family had problems with their pizzas. The manager Jay said I was just looking for pity, Wrong I was looking for decent customer service. He was very insulting. I told him we even have pictures of the pizzas in the boxes, since they were not looking very appetizing. We have been going there for over 40 years and usually place a $90.00 order since it not close to home. Jay said I should have called last night and then they would have replaced them. I would have had to find another ride to Lowell. He also said the dough machine wasn’t working right last night, so that’s why the pizzas crust were flat. With 10 people living in various levels of the house, I was unaware they had problems with their food, as my husband and I. I didn’t go checking out everyone’s food!. Very Very disappointed in their food and customer service.

Went there recently I ordered a pie with the pepperoni under the cheese. Guy said he made it , but I don’t think he ever told anyone , didn’t even mark it. Poor communication, my order was wrong. Also been noticing more and more well done pizzas comming out of there now. What’s up with that ??? Keep in mind I’ve been going there for almost 60 yrs , I know pizza .. A second pizza was made free of charge the way I first ordered Thanx

Espresso Pizza is the best pizza not only in Lowell but in all of the surrounding areas!
The pizza is by far the best I’ve had and the customer service is excellent. It’s a little more work ordering from Espresso because they don’t deliver and parking can be a pain sometimes but I don’t mind because it’s always worth the effort and delicious!
They recently changed ownership but the food is still the same amazing quality and the customer service is the same, because the new owner realizes that you don’t fix what isn’t broken and so the same people are working there as before! It never seems to matter how busy they are; or how hot it is inside, the employees are always polite, kind and go out of their way to ensure a good experience.
