First the costumer service is terrible all employees are miserable from what I assume is the terrible management. On top of this if there is an issue with your food they will not help, my hot fudge Sundae came out half full and they did nothing to help me. Also the managers are constantly rude acting like they are Jesus reincarnated when they go against their no 100$ bill rule and take one from an old man because they don’t know how to figure out what’s a counterfeit bill. They yell at people for no reason all the time and for all of this you would think they could get at least half decent McDonald’s food… Wrong. Service takes forever and the food is always cold or there is a wrong order. Overall this McDonald’s has been here since I was little and they constantly ruin it (such as removing the soda machine). So too the owner if you don’t want this location to constantly known as the crap McDonald’s. So dear owner if you have any hope to turn it around fire management and focus on making the customer happy, stop trying to scam us and give us a good McDonald’s.

I placed an online order and received the absolute wrong food and was less food than what I had ordered. I proceed to call them to ask if they can please give me the food i paid for and the lady was very rude and told me to stop yelling when i was trying to be super polite but she kept telling me there was nothing she could do and proceeded to hang up on me. I wish they would’ve at done something to makeup for the mistake they made. I lost money by not receiving my order correctly.

Trash all over the floor and super stressed staff. We accidentally went in the fully lit lobby because it wasn’t locked and got borderline yelled at because we were in the lobby. It’s totally fine to ask us to leave but the way we were treated is not. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

McDonald’s is absolute garbage. They can’t get a order right to save their lives. I wrote it down on a paper wrote PLAIN on the burgers AND dres a square around the plain just in case they needed a visual and they copied the whole paper. Made every mcchicken normal ♀️ had to leave and go back so all the food was cold. The manager Ashley didnt seem to care at all in fact she was walking away as I was talking to her. I absolutely WILL be calling main office and reporting and I told my kids we are done with McDonald’s for a LONG time. If It was us we wouldn’t even eat there because their food is literally absolutely garbage but because we have hardly any fast food places that are even half way good unfortunately it doesn’t leave much choice on a night I want to take off of cooking. Shame on that grown manager acting like it was MY fault because the paper said “special request” instead of plain well wth special request is it then cause they made it normal so they ignored the special request.

Only giving 2 stars because the person who took my order was so nice and upbeat. But they must’ve heard me wrong when I said I wanted only cheese to my chicken And they just added it. Mistakes happen and that’s not the reason for the review. The second person I dealt with said they couldn’t remake my order cause it had just turned to breakfast. And didn’t give me any other sort of options. Just stared. So I suggested I’d pull back around and reorder from the breakfast. He then tried to make me pay for the order? I offered the first order back initially and only when he realized I was gonna pay for 2 orders he said “I guess I’ll take it back then” and was really rude and dismissive. Didn’t even apologize. I did for being so picky. If you hate your job that much that you can’t even put on a half smile and pretend to be polite than don’t work in customer service.

My nieces and I were in the mood for some happy meals after we had been out running around Cedar Falls all afternoon. Cedar Falls McDonald’s was very fast and had us on the way in no time. My niece is loved the toys that they got. Would definitely recommend this McDonald’s.

The teen works there are so disrespectful, and the manager lets them. I’ve told the manager that their worker is not only smoking on the job but also calling customers slurs. And when I put this complaint I was shut down and told that “I doubt that happened” this place sucks
