Dimly lit parking lot, only had glazed donuts @ 6 pm on Friday. No one in drivethru or inside. I saw 3 employees just standing around, belt was not moving so no donuts being made. Building looked like they were closed or ready to shut down for good.

They pick and choose who they are polite with, you instantly feel as if you’re being defined by either what you’re wearing or what you look like. I witness people of color there treat other people of color with less adequate service as they do people of non color. Here’s the kicker, the lady refused to provide proper assistance to help service the situation better and removed the doughnuts as if they couldn’t be paid for due to the offer I was inquiring about that Krispy Kreme was offering at the time. I even mentioned that I came often and drove more than 40 minutes just for the fresh Krispy Kreme donuts my family and I all have enjoyed for many years

Saw the Hot and Ready sign was on, so my husband and I decided to make a last minute dessert stop tonight. We ordered two regular glazed and one of my personal favorites, a raspberry filled donut.
The cashier was pretty rude, don’t know what her problem was but because our experience with her was short, I let that be a her problem and not a me problem. I just wanted my donuts.
The glazed donuts, AMAZING. Everything we wanted. Now, my favorite donut. It was missing something pretty important: THE FILLING. I had to turn the overhead light on and look with my own pupils because I couldn’t believe I’d actually received an empty donut. I literally squeezed the remainder of the donut in hopes some filling would come out, but not a damn drop. I’m pregnant yall. Don’t mess with a pregnant lady’s favorite donut.

I have not been to a Krispy Kreme in over 10 years and was so excited to find one! The employee who helped me was patient, professional, calm, and helpful. Everyone in line seemed happy and glad to be there. It was packed but the employees were very efficient. Thank you so much and have a wonderful holiday! Looking forward to coming more in the new year:)

This is not the first review I’m leaving. Although I feel it’s necessary to let you know that not only has nothing has improved! The customer service, the quality of your business is worse. When your store is scheduled to close @ 10:00pm. I arrive @ 5:30 and they don’t haven’t any glazed donuts available. I was told they only have three flavors and weren’t making anymore. Also only the drive thru was open. They are rude. My children used to love going there and watching the donuts getting glazed and getting a paper hat. With the way its being run now I’ll be surprised they will even have glazed donuts available. Or the inside open. Really pathetic!!

I grabbed donuts and coffee from Krispy Kreme for a meeting this morning and wow—they nailed it. The donuts were insanely fresh, soft, and basically melted in my mouth. The coffee? Smooth, rich, and just the right kick. Lin was an absolute gem—super friendly, helpful, and clearly cares about making people’s day better. Highly recommend this spot… and definitely ask for Lin when you go.

I wanted to update my previous review. Initially, I was disappointed because they were out of stock on everything, but I decided to give it another shot a few days later. This time, I placed my order online in advance. It turned out to be an extremely busy Friday morning—Valentine’s Day, no less—and the restaurant had even lost power after my order was placed. Despite the chaos and challenges, the staff handled everything with incredible perseverance and a great attitude. They truly made the best of a tough situation, and I appreciate their hard work and dedication. Definitely a five-star effort!
I was really looking forward to visiting this Krispy Kreme flagship store to try the new donut flavors, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. I arrived in the early afternoon, only to find that there were very few options left. I even overheard another customer mention that he had driven over an hour, only to be told that donuts would be available again at 2 PM.
Since I couldn’t get a full dozen of the new flavors inside, I decided to try the drive-thru. However, the employee on the intercom initially told me that only apple donuts were left, which I knew wasn’t true because I had just been inside moments earlier. After I pointed this out, she then allowed me to order what I actually wanted—12 mini donuts.
Out of curiosity, I checked the mobile app while I was still there, and it showed that everything was out of stock. I’m not sure if this is their protocol when inventory is low, but it was frustrating and confusing. Given that this is supposed to be a flagship store introducing new flavors, I expected a much better experience in terms of availability and communication.
I hope Krispy Kreme can improve how they manage stock and inform customers so that others don’t have a similar experience.

If I could give negative stars for service I would. My father received horrible service this evening from this location. The cashier was rude and very unprofessional when he tried to order a large order of donuts for the nurses at my local hospital. She was very rude to multiple customers in front of him as well. Pumping her fist and muttering under her breath to “breathe” when a lady stated her order was incorrect. Such a bad experience my father walked out without placing an order.

Disappointed! Got there at 7 and they were out of the glazed doughnuts. They did however give me the chocolate top doughnuts for the same price. The only problem is I don’t like chocolate top doughnuts. Everyone else was happy but I wasn’t. The lady that helped me was very nice.
