It was my best Lisbon food experience. Starting from interior design (very origin Portuguese), friendly staff food was awesome! Simple, perfect made meet or fish (I was 2 times). Perfect means really PERFECT! It will be pleasure back or recommend to my friends.

I was there twice and I wish I had visited more! This is truly Portuguese if you really want to try authentic food. FYI for Asian people, the food is not heavily seasoned like ours but you will be able to taste the freshness of the ingredients, esp seafood. They have English menu and English-speaking server.
They take their Christmas/NY holiday seriously (good for them!) so they close after last weekend before Christmas. Plan accordingly.

recommended by a local as i was looking for Portuguese steak, apparently this place is extremely popular among the locals. the place is packed during lunch time, luckily i managed to get a seat for one.
ordered the steak and egg with soup. the steak was tender and juicy, big portion, very tasty. with this price, no wonder the place is packed with people. definitely value for money but also a delicious meal.

Typical Portuguese food with top quality meats and quantities that make you miss the old days! It’s a pleasure to find restaurants with this level of service quality and quantity with reasonable prices in the touristic area of Lisbon.
Don’t skip the beautiful tiny “croquettes” and keep the happiness going by choosing any cut of meat, you won’t regret it.
Added to my must-return list and can’t recommend it enough to get the perfect mix of quality quantity and price.

We “dropped in” for dinner without a reservation. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. They served an extremely delicious dinner that exceeded all our expectations. The place is a real hidden gem. It’s cozy and family-like. Thank you very much for your hospitality! If we come to Lisbon again, we won’t miss coming back here for a wonderful dinner! I warmly recommend it to those who are not looking for trendy, touristy places, but want something special, something excellent!
