Dirty. Hardly anyone speaks English and it takes 10+min to make one order. They prioritize drivethru than people standing around in their lobby. And when the customers are upset the employees physically look away from you and ignore you. Ridiculous. Not worth it for the food, price, or hassle.

the women there must hate their choice of career or something. Purposely give me 1 sauce per taco and when i politely asked for more she gave me 1 more sauce per taco. Stopped here for breakfast. Being from Michigan I have these at home. The breakfast burrito was surprisingly good. The “Iced Creamaccino” is a coffee flavored milkshake, not what I thought when I ordered but it was a good little dessert for breakfast.
I would have given this place 4 stars if they wiped the tables off more frequently. There were crumbs and trash on every single one.

So came to the this place cause, should have known something up because the parking lot was empty. The restaurant was clean the service was great the food was not so good. I asked I two breakfast platters, some tacos and breakfast jacks. Eggs were dry, bacon was burnt. The tscos, which I asked for extra crispy, were not crunchy they were soft and soggy and they didn’t even have any success in them. The breakfast jacks were cold. The bread felt like like it had not even been warmed and the eggs were once again dry. Terrible food experience. Gave them two stars, because at least they were courteous.

I typically go to this location and I don’t have that many problems, but this time was different. I went through drive-thru I believe the team member name was Jose on the receipt heavy set gentleman customer service was definitely under expectations. I asked what can I get to substitute instead of fries with my combo, granted if there was no options I would have been okay but when I kept asking him the question he kept telling me to get fries he acted like he did not understood what I said and I spoke with clarity and clear pronunciation. This is the second time this particular individual I’ve encountered and I spoke to other customers in the parking lot who felt the same. The fries was extremely cool, not room temperature and half the box.
