I have been to this location 3 times in a month. Three times I had a problem. If you use your app be prepared for something not to work. Also don’t be surprised if you don’t get your points.A real problem is getting their. You can see them sign but not the entrance.

I ordered using the app and my food was ready when promised and tasted great. One thing I liked is that they asked to see the order confirmation on my phone so they could verify it was me, and that I was not taking an order that was not mine. The restaurant appeared clean and well maintained, and the staff was friendly. My food order was correct and tasted very good. I will definitely return.

I’ve always liked the chargrilled burgers over fried ones. So, for fast food burgers, the King still rules for me. Two changes, the Whopper needs mustard on it. And, seeing as we are trying to get our fries on point, just make them the wide and thick steak fries and do them right, in the fat of choice, the tallow. THEN you would have fries that ruled alongside your Burger’s Mr. King, and they wouldn’t need to apologize… You’re a hamburger joint for cripes sake…No one is expecting health food or vegetarian food for that matter. And why don’t you get crazy and do COKE AND PEPSI? There, now no one is upset that they CAN’T get the the best soda. THAT would make you a stand out among the burger club…

This location is a hit and miss, some days everything is fresh and other days its oddly not fresh, I go to this location about once a week and the last few times I’ve gotten a bacon king with light mayo to find the burger kind of cold and not juicy (not fresh) and extra mayo (seeming like they added mayo simply because I ordered it light mayo) again not the first time and after a few times it seems intentional. Just sharing my experiences.

I go to this burger king every day on Fri, Sat, and Sun after I close my shop and reward myself with a cotton candy cloud. The associates here are generally courteous and professional, however on this day, I went inside to order and was greeted with the most wretched mood from a manager on duty who was so extremely rude to me. I am beyond words. I just said, “gotcha” as she reprimanded me for getting a straw because one was not provided and I had my puppy in my arms. She is a total racist and made everyone uncomfortable with the way she was treating me (a blonde). Someone even came up to me outside and apologized for her behavior on behalf of the entire black population. I get along with everyone in the area, apparently except her My slushie was amazing

This is the SLOWEST BK I have ever been to in my entire life. There could be 2 cars in the drive thru and I’ll still sit there for 30-40 minutes. I’m patient but whatever the owner is or isn’t doing for their business and employees needs to be looked at seriously. It’s called fast food but there is nothing fast about this place.

The staff is nice enough, but the restaurant is dirty and they have little quality control, serving undercooked burgers that are cold inside and practically raw. Management desperately needs to set a higher standard on cleanliness and food safety.
