There was one person in front of me in the drive-thru for a total of one or two minutes. The cashier apologized for the wait, which I thought was odd. I had to wait quite a bit for the food, so I guess that was his way of aplogizing ahead of time. The chicken quesadilla seemed warm when I sat down to eat, but the tortilla was stale and hard. The soft parts were where the chicken and cheese were with hardly any sauce ($6.99 ea.). The chicken chilupas were filled alright, but the shells were stale as well ($5.89 ea.). When opening the taco party pack ($2.29 ea.), they seemed a bit light. No wonder. Hardly anything was filled. Total came to $60.46. What a rip off.

When I first came here, it used to be good. I guess I will stick with the Wayne road location where I have only had problems there once. At least they do not cheat people and put 5 tomatoes on a taco and a few shreds of lettuce.

What happened Taco Bell? Why raise prices from about 17 dollars for a party pack to 27 and cheat people? 6 dollars for a chilupa? This is not worth the money, at least not here.

I could rate this even lower than 1 start if that was an option. Staff was so rude. I order maxican pizza they gave me is tostada sell instead. I could taste that so different and even could see it’s not the Mexican pizza sell. But supervisor there didn’t even bother to look at it and asked person if made is in correct sell. And of course he said yes he used correct sell. And that stupid lady trusted him without even seeing at my food. I was there for dinner and she asked me for refund I sted of replacing it of for the matter atleast looking at it. You can literally see see difference in sells in the pics. That it’s corn tostada and not flour maxican pizza sells.

I will not be eating at this Taco Bell anymore after tonight. I went in to order my food because I hate the AI at the drive through, I hate the kiosks too, I would perfer someone to take my order, give me a choice. I normally don’t have a problem with the kiosk, but for some reason it wanted me to press more buttons after placing my order. I placed my order twice but both times it didn’t show up at the register. I typed in my name and pressed confirm and walked away thought I was done. Wrong it wanted me to download the app, which I wasn’t interested in and didn’t pay no attention too. I know I could have pressed skip, but I had walked away thinking I was done.
Long story short after my confusion with the machine, one lady rang me up in the back. But while my food was being prepared I witnessed another lady touch her hair with her gloves and then proceeded to wrap my food, I was too frustrated about the Kiosk I didn’t say anything. I got home and threw it away. I just chucked it up as a lost. I also ordered the new confetti cookie freeze for my daughter, it made her sick instantly. This Taco Bell can have the one star only because the lady tried to make it right but that’s just nasty the other worker touched her hair and then touched my food.

It needs some help. It can be great if the right element is applied.

Order using the app so all customizing is done before I get to window. Tell the speaker the name for the pick up and my order is always ready in 1-5 minutes. By far the most consistent fast food locations I have been to. Consistently get your order right and have your order ready.

so let me tell you a little story. Every time I come to this freaking restaurant every single time without fail, they don’t do any of the things that I asked. I took things off of my items and every single time they’re on there. I don’t know how hard it is to just not put your hand in a bag of onions and sprinkle them on top of my food. This is ridiculous and I feel like it would be so much easier to just not do it. I’m giving you less work. not to mention the fact that when you take things off, it doesn’t cost me less. The people in there are slow and none of them listen to me and every time I go to the window, they give me stink look.
I can’t stand chipotle sauce, minus minus minus minus that’s all I press on the button minus minus minus take it off. Take it off take it off. And every time the Taco Bell employees go add add add plus plus plus multiplication, multiplication multiplication duplicate, duplicate, duplicate, super size super size super size. Never again. And I’m done talking.

Haven’t ate Taco Bell in forever. The food was good. It still seems strange to me that I have to place my order at a kiosk and that with an actual person.

1. Use of AI that kept messing up our order at the drive in. It was awful to deal with on a cold winter night.
2. We got our food, all of the burritos were riped open and spilling their contents out.
3. I’ve only gone to this location 2 times and both times they’ve given me incorrect items, destroyed items or forgotten things.

Easily the slowest Taco Bell I have ever been to.

This location is wildly inconsistent. Tonight they’re “only able to take mobile orders” and other nights they’re out of main ingredients like chicken or beef. Such a poorly run location.

Ordered food and had a long wait time, most of which was at the window watching the girls throw stuff at each other, and listening to them scream and swear. They had very unprofessional conversations and were rude to us. I ordered taco supremes and received meat n cheese and the rest of the food tasted bad. Very unhappy.
