Upon entering this McDonald’s was the closest off the interstate. It seemed to be newly build. Employees were super busy. But we were the only people inside dining. Clean restaurant. I ordered. Management needs to do better every time im here service is bad. And the attitude from Management is worse. You have the right to ask me to move up. Im the only car in drive thru. So i have the right to refuse. The goal is consistency. Rushing can cause mistakes you don’t want to deal with later—and nobody wants a cold fry or missing items. Don’t tell me waiting on nuggets. And 4 out of 8 is cold.
Play it smart, stay patient, and remember—the timer is there to help us do a good job, not to trap us into rushing. Good service creates happy customers and a proud team.

Cheating the pickup window timer may seem like a shortcut, but it risks quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. Slam the window because customer is tired of moving up for fresh food but always gets cold orders. Just do better at your job.

Service fairly fast. Food was decent. My biggest problem is there were no changing tables in either bathroom. I had my 2yo with me and had to change her on the floor. No reason to not have changing tables in a restaurant that advertises as family

foods normally good. Service is alright most of the time. But for the love of god please update your hours accordingly. They are not open 24 hours, i think its either 5-12 or 6-12 and i love getting a burger at 1 in the morning and the disappointment was very real last night
Edit: Went there today and the lady and I accidentally both let go of the bag too soon, she was awesome about it, had the food remade in under a minute. Not sure what her name was but shes a fantastic employee.

I feel for the poor employees working so hard here. Very disappointed in corporates decision to take out the changing tables in the bathrooms. I had to awkwardly change my son on one of the benches after asking an employee where the changing tables are and informed there are none due to corporates decision. Just sad.

Has a double drive thru window but left the outside lane waiting to give an order. I waited 15 minutes and still couldn’t order they were taking orders on the inside lane of people that pulled up well after I did. I finally gave up and went inside and waited for awhile before anyone came to take my order. I complained and their excuse was we’re short staffed. But they still had both lanes open but not taking orders on both lanes. McDonald’s has really gone down hill

Would give 0 Stars if I could!Took an hour to get my food and when I do get it I find a hair in one of the burgers. UPDATED FOR 7-27-2025: Management is unbelievably rude and irate because they don’t know how to handle their job duties!! Very disappointed and WE WILL NOT BE BACK!!Night Manager refused to give us her name after yelling at us and calling us names after my wife ordered a quarter pounder online with her rewards points and we walked to the restaurant and her order wasn’t ready yet so I ordered a burger. Mine was done and ready almost instantly and my wife was still waiting. So after about 20 minutes of waiting with no one in the store and noticing that there was about 20 or 25 minutes until the inside of the store closed my wife started questioning the cashier about her food. The lady proceeds to tell my wife “That it hasn’t popped up on the screen yet and they can’t do anything until it does. So after a 10 minute conversation with the worker repeating herself for every other question my wife had no matter what the question was! So I asked nicely can we speak to a manager, she says sure and gets her manager. And the Night Manager finally comes up front and my wife proceeds to tell her that she ordered a burger and it took her points and the order receipt on her phone said “Order is being prepared,you can no longer cancel the order.” The night shift manager continues with the charade of saying “It isnt on our screen and we can’t fulfill the order until it comes up on the screen, we can’t just give out free food to everyone that feels entitled to it, We have to have a ticket.” she said, so I chimed in and said isn’t the receipt on her phone considered a receipt or a ticket as she called it. I said there’s gotta be something you can do,I mean she seen us walking and to beat it all it started raining on us as we entered the store. And the night manager clearly getting agitated with the situation lashed out at my wife by saying “The order has been cancelled, so you must have cancelled it.” And I told her no it even says on the phone it is too late to change or cancel the order and that it is being prepped. So at the very least I felt they should be able to either give her the food she ordered and had a receipt for or refund her points considering the app says if you have any trouble with your order or need points refunded to contact management at the store where the order was purchased. The night manager then starts to raise her voice and basically called me and my wife a liar and said we didn’t order anything even though she just told us that she seen the order in her computer and it had been cancelled. My wife understandably frustrated by this point said heck with it I will just go elsewhere for now on they clearly are not even gonna try to make it right and now we have the manager acting irate and continually saying I can’t just give out free food to everyone that feels entitled to it! Over and over again no matter what we tried to say. So we were leaving the store and the night manager says enjoy walking in the rain you idiots! I grabbed my wife at this point and said let’s go back home her and her mouth isn’t worth the trouble. It blows me away that any professional establishment would even consider putting someone that lazy and rude in a store let alone in a MANAGEMENT POSITION! What ever happened to the customer always being right?! Now we are treated as if we are liars or thieves just to get a damn burger?! Come on man this is completely UNACCEPTABLE!
