Fast service, no wait time to get seated. Food was out in 10 minutes after placing the order. Bonus the food was hot temperature and not cold. Boneless wings were very saucy. Besides the bad reviews I decided to give it a shot. Happy with my service.

If u are a visitor and new to the area and also black this is not the place for u the young host was rude and treated me and my daughter’s like we didnt belong but to the birthday girl and our waitress that made sure we left with a smile if it wasnt for u two lady’s our night would of been ruined…. P.s please tell ur host its not okay for her to take her hair down in front of the host stand shake it and put it back up didnt wash her hands and had the nerve to seat a beautiful family of her own color rite afterwards.. The server was very good! He was polite and very diligent in taking care of us. The food was quite bad. The rice was crunchy, cold, and packed. The chicken was over-salty!! Not edible. We sat near the bar, and when the drinks were being mixed, you couldn’t hear a conversation. Not a pleasant experience.

My waitress, Susana A., was a pure delight. We ordered onion rings as an appetizer and by golly, she brought out those darned onion rings with impeccable timing and grace. We said, “Hey, I wonder when those dang onion rings are coming?” and as soon as those words left the tip of my tongue, there came Susana with those delectable crispy fried rings of yummy goodness. Susan constantly checked on us to make sure everything was to our liking, and without her, I don’t know if everything would have been to our liking. Susana is a valuable asset to the Applebees and frankly deserves much more compensation than her coworkers. For example, the bartender guy spilt some of my drink and when I payed the receipt got wet. But that did not deter dear Susana. She picked up that damp paper and by golly she rang us up. Susana must win or I will riot. Thanks.

Brilee is absolutely amazing! From the moment we sat down, she made us feel welcome and taken care of. She was super friendly, attentive without being overbearing, and made sure our drinks and food came out just right. She remembered all the little details, checked in at the perfect times, and had such a positive attitude that it really made the whole experience better. You can tell she genuinely cares about her guests and goes above and beyond to give great service. If you’re lucky enough to have Brilee as your server, you’re guaranteed to have a great time!

I had a fantastic experience thanks to our waitress Evin. She was incredibly attentive and friendly throughout the entire meal, making sure our drinks were always filled and checking in just the right amount—not too much, not too little. She had a great attitude and handled everything with a smile, even when the restaurant got busy. Her recommendations were spot-on, and she made us feel genuinely welcomed.
