The store has really gone downhill. It looks bad and is almost deserted when I was there. The food was good about what you would expect at a jack-in-the-box however the atmosphere and dining room left a lot to be desired. Run down and they wouldn’t let anybody use the restrooms. They had a table that blocked the hallway to the restroom. This is not the way of food establishment should be run.

Best club chicken sandwich I ever had from a fastfood joint. The size of the chicken was surprisingly big considering other places have been declining in size and quality. I also got Jumbo Jacks 2 for $5. Everything was good.

Kicked out immediately after asking for a dine-in option, nonetheless, that explains the long wait before store closing time. The simple wouldn’t accommodate me because I looked like I was homeless and loitering.

Tried to eat here and when I got to the counter to order I told the man who was waiting on me that I would be paying via EBT hot meals program. I always tell the cashier so if the machine that scans EBT is down , I don’t waste their time. Not only was he not understanding of why I told him I was EBT, he was so condescending and looked at me with disgust so after that he says I don’t know why your telling me that you need to order. He was just so bothered and I took a breath and said no sir I won’t be ordering because yoyr terrible attitude . I’ve had the absolute worst year and I’m living in my car. My two dogs passed away at our home before I lost it one on Christmas the other on Friday June 13. My husband left me night before thanksgiving because he can’t take the car anymore. So I was alone on the holiday, and with all this I am still being kind to people. That man is awful and has his nerve to look down in judgement onto anyone. I will never return
