We have dined at this location several times on weekends. The staff are courteous and try to make the dining experience pleasant. They are understaffed and sometimes take a little longer.
The food is consistent, and a decent mid-range cuisine. Portions are a little smaller, due to shrink-flation.
In terms of theming, most of the Aussie style is gone. It just seems like an American diner. The other steakhouse we like to go is Black Angus. Their portions are a little bigger, and have similar dishes.

Tonight my husband and I dined here because he had been gifted a generous gift card from friends. The last time we dined here was 10 years ago, and due to a poor experience did not return till this evening.
We were seated, and our server did not offer to tell us of any specials, ( other tables we over heard were informed of specials). We ordered our meals, my husband’s mashed potatoes were thick like glue instead of light and fluffy. I ordered a simple Cobb salad. When my salad was served, there was quite a bit of browned lettuce hidden under cheese and croutons. I mentioned it to our server and he promptly took it to get me a replacement Cobb salad. Upon serving it appeared to be better,but was missing the croutons? I had to hail another server to retrieve croutons for my salad. As I ate the salad, I started finding more ” brown ” lettuce. My husband and I paid the check and left, vowing to NEVER return again!

The food was absolutely delicious and the servers were all incredibly kind and accommodating. If you are Gluten Free, there are many options, but be sure to specify when ordering (for example – grilled shrimp is usually served on a piece of bread so they kindly remade my order when I realized this). Everything was cooked perfectly – I had my Sirloin Steak cooked Medium Rare and it was perfect. I’m honestly not sure what to use the side sauce on, other than maybe some of the potato (and it was pretty great on potato skins) since the Shrimp was already so flavorful. Great seasoning on everything and great service. Looking forward to coming back soon!

We came here to celebrate grandma’s 75 birthday and we were so surprised. not only was the staff so helpful and acknowledgeable our water Andrew mason was amazing. it always fun to see staff helping. but what amazed us is that we saw the managers helping too the young asian manager was helping run food and was asking the staff and customers if everything was good. what made our night was when she asked if our water was going ok he said he’s good and the did a high five as they passed by it was a fun thing to see and made the atmosphere even better. my hats off to the cooks we were not a small party and everything was cooked perfectly and tasted amazingly.

Wonderful time. Great food and service! One thing… CLAM CHOWDER AVAILABLE EVERY DAY and not just Friday. Why? It’s for the churchy people and no meat Fridays… uhg! Always have it available!!! Do It!!! Their soda is amazing too! So refreshing!!!

Absolutely stellar restaurant. The service was extremely good. Our server, Piper, was extremely helpful and was very efficient. Great food as well. I ordered the Bourbon Bone-In Ribeye with Potato Soup and Mac and cheese. They were delicious. I ordered the Sydney Shrooms as an appetizer and it was amazing. The Chocolate Thunder was creamy and delicious as well. Great restaurant all around.

Regent was our server. I don’t really make reviews, but I feel like he was a super chill dude. Very welcoming and friendly. Honestly the best food service hospitality I’ve ever received. He deserves a raise yall! The food was decent, atmosphere was okay.
