Good food, I think it’s better than Panera. But the service was top-notch and it was clean.
We went during a fairly busy lunch hour and they handled our crew of five with speed and excellent service. Everything felt clean, looked clean and stayed clean throughout our visit.

Went to the Newk’s location in Rogers for the first time yesterday to place a to go order due to the online order system not offering a pay with cash option to place a pickup order.
When I walked in the staff promptly greeted me and provided excellent service. The restaurant was clean, I was shown they have quick, fresh, ready to eat prepped meals which I will most definitely try next time.
I ordered their pick two so I can try their new steak sandwich and their new crayfish soup. The soup was delicious with having a generous amount of crayfish tails blended in pepperjack cheese and spices. I could have easily consumed more than one bowl. The steak sandwich was good but definitely has room for improvement. It was dry, and couldnt tell if there was actually any horseradish sauce with the sandwich. Not a deal breaker by any means but want to point out that it could be improved.
So to summarize, I prefer Newk’s over any other similar establishment in the area. If I’m craving quick, but healthy soups, salads, and sandwiches this will be the place I go. I spent $37 flat for two people, and that’s including me upgrading sizes for the order. I’ll be sure to take proper photos next time I dine.

I love this place! I’ve been coming for years, staff is always kind, it’s clean, and delicious! My last visit, I thought I had placed an order but didn’t. Joseph took care of me and made my order on the spot, free of charge. For MY mistake! I’ve never had such great service. One of my favorite comfort food spots and I will be coming back!

Everything we tried here was great! Pizza, chicken tortilla soup, a club sandwich, all delicious! Service was very nice! Harrison even helped us take our group picture, very friendly. Olivia took great care of us too.

We came in as a group for a team retreat. About 20 different meals but they came out fast and hot. Great service and the staff had great atitude! I got the lobster bisque soup and Greek goddess salad and both where delicious!

Eating out is expensive anywhere, the difference is that at Newks, I know I’m eating good quality food. I really enjoy their food, it’s delicious and they have great choices. The people that work there have been very nice to me and I like their atmosphere, it’s very nice! They also have rewards!

Our son LOVES Newk’s pizza! We are either DoorDashing or dining in multiple times a week and they get it right every single time. When we are dining in the restaurant they immediately recognize us, go above and beyond, and are very attentive. Joseph and multiple other team members make our little guy feel like a celebrity!

ghe food is great and I love it. but every single time I go there they never get my order right. asking for stuff to be taken off fhe chicken bacon club sandwich and it still being there. next time got thr same sandwich and asked for extra honey mustard and got ZERO. next time asked for extra honey mustard AGAIN and there was barely any. supposed to be mayo on it too but that shit was dry. you guys really need to do better.

This restaurant offers a lot of fast, tasty meals, many of them on the healthy side. I had a shrimp avocado salad. The avocado was browning quite a bit–it was cut in the morning, I assume–so wasn’t pretty, but it tasted fine. My husband had a chicken Caesar salad and enjoyed it a lot, while our son had a large macaroni and cheese with a bag of Baked Lay’s. We were all satisfied with our meals.
