britney helped me place my order today and was so courteous and professional!! i was greeted as soon as i walked in, and she promised me that she would be with me as soon as she finished preparing an order for another guest. once she served them, she took my order with such a beautiful smile! she was patient with me, even though i actually asked for something that wasnt even on the menu! she helped me order correctly and repeated my order to ensure accuracy. i am highly satisfied with my experience today! the food was delicious, and the restaurant was clean and well staffed! i would recommend jaws on plank to all my friends and family.

One of my favorite places to visit … Convenient , clean and always quick fast service. Only thing I have to wait on is the food always less than 10 mins. While the building is obviously a repurposed fast food chain, Jaws takes over and serves up stellar grub. Chicken was on point, and the service was phenomenal. The owner stopped by to chat and ask how everything was, and ensured we were satisfied. I’ll be back.

The food is delicious! The customer service can be improved it was over a 20 minute wait. I had to repeat my order at window after saying it at intercom. The atmosphere isn’t the best but it’s not the worst either. I would definitely come back again.

I comes to Jaw’s every two weeks,and I promise you , the service and the food is always on point, and it doesn’t matter how late I come the atmosphere never change , I spend $30.00 and up . I would highly recommend this place any time , it’s always a 10 from me.

I did have my food delivered so the steam did effect the freshness. The shrimp were pretty seasoned and tasty . The catfish was thin and they only gave me one packet of tartar sauce. The fries very basic no seasoning . Overall I will say a 7/10.

Old food that will definitely make you sick. Food you can clearly see is old and they will serve it to you no problem. Then give you a hard time when you ask them to remake or refund you. Please stay away from this place. Many of you will still take a chance and but from them because their prices are reasonable. It’s not worth your health or your kids health
