worst experience i’ve ever had. for one we waited for 50 minutes at this place. food came wrong. and when brought to the cashiers attention and shown they gave attitude. a cook came from the back to not only be rude but not even fix the issue! he came being loud and snarky and asked for the food back jus to put 2 piece of shrimp on the rolls that were messed up. the loaded alfredo had 4 pieces of chicken and when asked for more he argued with me and yelled! this is by far the worst service and most disgusting food i’ve ever had here and i actually love fazolis. your employees suck and the service is horrible!!! address these issues. fire your staff! eventually you’ll have a lawsuit on your hands for having peopke like you’ve had on your staff tonight! do better! this is by far unacceptable! 50 minutes for bad service, rude and distasteful employees & nasty food. the worst combination to have for a business!

Great vibe from the workers. I didn’t catch their names but they’re the MVPs. This was my first time ever going to a Fazoli’s and they didn’t disappoint at all. The food is great….. too great to explain because I’m trying to eat it as I write this. Preciate yall!!!

Welp if I could put ZERO stars I would!! Jus horrible! Waited 30 minutes in the drive-thru jus to place my order …then another 15 minutes jus to have it not be right. My food was not correct n after trying to correct still wasn’t…plus the other order was even worse because it was not as advertised. This started a back n forth with no resolve n complete attitude from staff who was NOT trying to be accommodating after so much!! Only because the other person really wanted to eat here did I even endure all of this craziness! NEVER AGAIN …NEVER NEVER NEVER!!! Well DEFINITELY NOT this location! Stay far away from here!

Stopped while traveling (since we don’t have a local fazolis and this is always a treat) around 845 pm Sunday, went inside and was told I needed to order at the drive thru. Did that, placed my order and the lady said they were out of the 3 subs and cheesecake (over half our order). Then a guy gets on to take the order and she didn’t even tell the guy we had already placed an order. Started over with him. He was awesome even though they had nothing we wanted. We couldn’t really order pasta to eat while driving… super disappointed.

HORRIBLE experience , I have been coming there my whole life and this was the woest experience ! The manager on duty on 09/11/2025 was so disrespectful and argued with me like he was in a relationship or something . I literally called ma dead very kind starting out and he got very hostile off back for no reason. Once I arrived in person things got worse . I ordered a smaller and did not receive that, just fettuccine and speghetti noodles mixed together with sauce and cheese . I order the over baked sampler . I’ve had the lasagna with marinera and no meat many times growing up and currently from Fazolis but apparently that doesn’t exist now. He completely had no care for the customer , argued horribly with me when I came at them very respectful. I will never ever return to this place ! Then said “mam I’ll buy your food “ I said yes I would like that because this is not the sampler . Money off or something should have been given. No matter what was explained this is not the correct thing so it should not be 15$ . Mind you it’s 9pm so I’m left to eat this . He walked off and never came back. I am reporting this to the owner and corporate . Ridiculous

I placed an order for dine-in and then waited 20 minutes at my table. While sitting I noticed the place was a dump. Dirty dishes on tables and by the trash can, and even though they had very few customers and about 6 employees, nobody was cleaning up the restaurant. After 20 minutes I decided to ask what happened to my food. They had it sitting at the window, packaged like a takeout order, even though the tag clearly said dine-in. I love the Fazolis by the Columbiana mall. So I figured I’d try this one. Never again.

I was passing through and decided to try Fazoli’s for the first time and I’m so happy I did! They have a lunch special for two entrees, two breadsticks and a drink for $7.99. I got lasagna and a slice of pepperoni pizza. Everything was hot and delicious! The breadsticks were soft and garlicky like I like them 10/10 also the young lady at the drive through was very nice and greeted me with a smile!

Went through the drive thru tonight for dinner. I ordered the Chicken and broccoli penne, which came with a salad. I also ordered their 10 boneless mild wings. The Penne, and salad was very fresh. The bread sticks are always amazing! It was a delicious meal, I truly enjoyed it! The service at the drive thru was very professional.
