I’ll never go here again. The service was horrible. The girl behind the counter was curt and rude. The little place where you get taco sauce and napkins etcetera it was pretty much empty and dirty. I ordered a water which was never given to me.. things I had to go up front and ask for it. I also had to return part of my food and have it fixed because they got it wrong. When I did get the right order it was a mess. Nastiest Taco I have ever had.

We stopped here today as we were traveling through.. and I’m so glad we decided to stop here the employees here were so nice I’m talking about super nice and polite. I have never in my life been to a Taco Bell and the employees were nice. Food was great as well!

Manager and staff was rude. I put an order in and wanted to pay with cash, the staff acted like it was a crime. Manager was on drive through and informed the customer in the drive through that some lady was causing issues in the lobby.

Always forget the extras, doesn’t give *extra* when you pay for it. Always skimp on sauce or they just don’t even add it. Last time I got food, yesterday night, 12/22/25 they put mostly Chipotle sauce on my nachos instead of cheese. Have me the smallest amount of potatoes and DID not add extra cheese to either of the things I ordered. Do better.

If I could give this no stars I would. Given its Taco Bell I should have known better but for a $7 burrito I got I would say half a teaspoon of meat. A frisbee would be softer than what they gave me.

Bought the chicken chalupa meal instead got two soft Gordita’s upgraded the taco to a supreme but got a regular taco. Came back thinking they’d be better fool’s me. Again Lazy workers and no integrity.

Beware, check your food before you leave to make sure it’s made with the ingredients it’s supposed to be made with. I guess it depends on who’s working on what you get and how much I’ve been here countless times trying to get breakfast they’re never open when they’re supposed to be open. Finally come through about 9 o’clock and They are actually open. I get excited thinking I’m going to have a great breakfast right no they can’t make it properly they use the wrong cheese, completely ruined the burritos Then I come back a few days later to try again and then they’re telling me that what I am trying to order is not even on the menu yet I’m reading it directly from the menu this location needs better training at the least pictured is supposed to be the cheesy toasted breakfast burrito and on the menu it says fiesta potato on the app. It says it’s supposed to have nacho cheese. This is not nacho cheese.

Supposed to open at 9:00 am did not unlock the doors til 9:25 no apologies for the wait or anything as I stood by the front door. Didn’t even acknowledge me when I did walk in the store and placed my order. I came here before and got breakfast which at that time the service was great.

I had a horrible experience at this Taco Bell location. The manager, Kirsti, was extremely rude and unprofessional. I was being rushed through the drive-thru before I even had the chance to look over the menu, and when I tried to ask a question, she snapped at me like I was an inconvenience. As a paying customer, I expect basic respect and patience, but instead I felt like I was being pushed out the door. A manager should set an example for the staff, not treat customers this way. I will not be coming back to this location, and I hope corporate addresses this issue because no one deserves to be spoken to the way I was.
