Man came to get my birthday milkshake last year I got a full burger meal this year only a children’s milkshake wack. But I guess with the tikes we are living in that how it is. Love this place. My family and I usually Don’t eat out as we hate fast food, and we mainly go to restaurants rarely. But when we want a good burger, and amazing service we go both to IN-N-OUT or Red Robin’s and usually RED ROBINS wins on what we choose.
Whether it’s dining within the restaurant or take out, it’s always quality and I absolutely love ordering:
– Smoke & Pepper + Sunside Up Egg with Campfire Sauce & BBQ Sauce on the side
Only thing I do think is something that needs improvement is the amount of fries. I always end up ordering extra fries since I feel like the amount given isn’t enough (could just be me though).
The workers absolutely work their butt’s off and do an amazing job getting orders done whether it’s the cooking, or the waiters, they all work swiftly and efficiently. It’s honestly awesome how diligent their employees work, if you ask for swift serving (not in the sense of rushing but more so Get-In -> Order -> Pay -> leave) these workers do a fantastic job of doing that. I always leave a 10-20% Tip because they deserve it.
The esthetic and atmosphere of the place is fantastic, I especially love the upside-down paintings, they look so awesome, I really want that Godzilla one they have cause it looks sooooo cool.
Also the designs on the wall with the multicolored lighted up YUMMM letters is awesome, and I especially love the American Flag made of Baseball, not cause of some weird USA USA USA nationalism type thing, more because it’s impressive how they were able to make. The esthetic of this place is fantastic.
Also wanted to recommend them bringing back the Chocolate fritters (those chocolate sticks) those were awesome.
I will always go here. Amazing location, love Red Robins

My cherry Pepsi is ordered tasted terrible. My Son got an order of fries. The order was pretty small they didn’t bring the sauce with the fries so he finished the fries before we could ask for some. It took a long time for him to get more. It was kinda sad I had food and he was just sitting there. The time you get fantastic service is when you’re leaving. I really don’t like to complain but this is the second time we had an unpleasant experience there. The time before was my Son’s birthday and it was not good. I hope things get better because the food is not bad and it’s conveniently located at the mall. I used to love this restaurant

It’s been awhile since I been to Red Robin the burger and fries was presented nice, The taste wasn’t nothing to write home about. The bun wasn’t toasted. I think a good Soft bun makes a burger the bun was tough the fries was good it definitely out show the burger. The gentleman that Wait on me was nice and attentive.

I cant believe im just learning of this place! Food was great, service was great and very inexpensive. Our total for 2 of us came out to $21.00 and some change. Will definitely be back again!

My friend Tammy and I went here for an early lunch. I have only been here one other time before. Randy was our waiter and he was great! He took care of us very well! The food was great too! First time going in a long while. Order the fish and shrimp plate. The oil used to fry them up was super old and my shrimp was burnt. They both had a horrible after taste. The fish had some sort of “grizzle” in the middle, could not not even bite through it. We left half eaten meals on the table. Service was great though. Never again.
