Careless about their work, do NOT follow what’s on the ticket WHATSOEVER, my order was completely WRONG. They threw in a bunch of stuff I DID NOT ORDER, and the only thing even CLOSE was 3 hardshell tacos with everything on it when I ordered soft shell ONLY meat and cheese. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Disrespectful. This taco bell served me old chicken. It was so old that it turned brown. I ate though because I am hungry and I definitely do not trust that young kid they have working the dining room orders to remake my order with respect. Hell, the kid didn’t even give me my drinks. I had to grab my own by reaching over the counter. This taco bell does not rock. I suggest you send your enemies here.

This location was a complete embarrassment. The Chalupa I received was so underfilled, as if they were rationing ingredients. It felt careless and unbothered — like quality control simply doesn’t exist here.
I’d recommend reading the other one-star reviews before visiting. The photos speak for themselves.

Ordered strawberry vanilla cream soda freeze. Got what was obviously a regular strawberry freeze. When I asked about it employee lied and said it was. Irritating. Poor service.

Just lest than a week ago I gave this Taco Bell 5 stars but I guess it depends on who is working. Tonight all I had was an order for 1 crunchy taco, nothing else! So it took like 10 minutes and I wasn’t paying attention to the bag because I was just happy to get my 1 taco after 10 min and then when I got home I had someone else’s order which I found disgusting “it was a cheesy roll-up with double onions and sour cream,gross and a steak burrito with rice which I hate and no beans. I threw it all away, all I wanted was my hard shell taco. Is it really that hard to figure this stuff out??

How many times I said burrito and got a taco best believe never going to a Taco Bell again. Over price garbage. Can’t get get a order right. Fast food gone down low. Don’t know a difference between a taco and burrito. Wow.

Be prepared to never have your full order and have your tacos cold! My Doritos locos taco was practically frozen and falling apart. They’ve forgot my drink every single time I’ve ordered from the app. Today they forgot two of my sauces and didn’t even put it on my receipt even though I checked the app and it says I purchased them. I drove back and had to wait almost five minutes before someone helped me. The girl still kept talking to another worker. What should take less than a minute to fill two sauces took almost five. I also heard her saying some racist terms about me that were offensive. This Taco Bell is very careless and unprofessional.
