After my husband and I being lost on these darn backroads for at least 2 hrs, we came to town. All we wanted was to sit down to a cheeseburger and fries. I am normally not a complainer at all…. my husband def isn’t. I got there at 3:15 on Thursday February 26th. Was waited on which i ordered a double cheeseburger, medium fry and shamrock shake (i usually never do shakes but i really wanted to try it). got our food and the shamrock shake was neon green. DARK. Pure syrup. The fries were very burnt and old. Usually my husband doesn’t let me say anything but today he let me take my fry up to exchange cause they were pretty bad. The manager there a grey head lady with red shirt and sweater on came up to me. I very politely said can i please have a fresh fry. And handed them to her. She snarked a little laugh and said loudly where even my husband heard “ I PROMISE YOU THESE ARE FRESH, while holding my box of literal wilted, cold fries and tossed them into trash. She handed me my fresh fries and i sat down. My husband told me he heard what she said and said there is NOWAY these fries are fresh. I just sat down and ate and ended up throwing my shake away. I couldn’t drink it. Pic of shake so yall know what i mean. I won’t be back to this Mcdonald’s. And shame on that manager for the way she acted. ALL EYES ON YOU MAM

The food was so salty it tasted like sea water. Horrible experience. Horrible food. The quality of McDonald’s has gone way down. It’s definitely not the quality it used to be. The ingredients are poor quality and way, way, way too much salt. Gross. Oh, and don’t get me started on the “value” – really? What value? Overpriced salt.

I would like to give a shout out to everyone who was working the drive thru Monday evening. They were on top of their game and extremely efficient, kind, and professional. Especially the blonde young woman. I like this location because my order is always correct and the people working here seem like a really good crew. I just hope they know that and are recognized

So one day I came here and I ordered two of the snack wraps. You know because they just came out again so I expected my third one my free one which I wouldn’t have got had. I not sit here basically mentioned it to them cuz they weren’t offering it and then it was only to get attitude from one of the people at the service desk on the drive-thru that if we have to find out if you’re the 100th visitor so then there was that then it was another time of a visit and got coffee and a burrito and the burrito was good but the coffee was not decaf as specified many times as I cannot drink anything with caffeine and then it was cold. I go back today again. I got my burrito, my decaf coffee and my hash brown with my app. Mind you I had to go in very upset because my coffee was cold. Waited 30 minutes to get fresh hot coffee. By the time I go home my burrito was cold. My hash brown. What I’ll needless to say look like it had been sitting in there for weeks soaked in soggy oil. This is not what I expect nor was there any happy faces at this McDonald’s seemingly ever. But I did talk to the manager. Her name is Jody. I believe she said by the time I was done talking to her everything had cooled off and we had a great conversation. She is replacing my food but this is just a friendly reminder. Everybody that not everybody’s going to keep their mouth shut when they get crappy service. Especially for the expensive money. People are purchasing this food for or any other product in around Gate, City or anywhere else. For that matter you need to have kind courtesy to all customers coming in and out of your store. No matter it’s who drive-thru or in the restaurant. Otherwise we can take our business elsewhere. Especially for the cost these days and the food. It better be fresh and hot with me. I’ll tell you now. You will get nailed with attitude if not especially when I sit here and mention it over and over and over again at the drive-thru and or inside of how and what I want to order.

It’s McDonald’s… clean store, and nice staff. The parking lot is up a hill from the intersection but it’s not a problem. They also sell bagged ice for those needing to restock the cooler.

The food was already made before we ordered. It had been under a heat lamp for some time. I couldn’t eat my fries. The chicken nuggets were so hard.

I ordered 2 snack wraps plain with cheese and a large fry. I have to wait forever before even getting my food, once received and I drove all the way to my house I open it up and my snack wraps have absolutely no cheese at all and just covered so much in ranch and lettuce.
It is ridiculous how they make you sit and wait forever for your food and when you finally receive it and it’s all wrong.

Worst McDonald’s in the tri cities area. Literally every single time I go here I am asked to pull off to the side and wait for my food. I understand if it’s a complicated order but it’s normal stuff that they should have ready
