Was working in the area and had to find a place to grab a quick bite to eat. Never heard of Habit Burger but was intrigued by the “Char” burger concept. I walked in and was welcomed to a standard burger joint with a hint of beach aesthetic. I ordered at the self service kiosk and settled on the Santa Barbara Char with a side of Tempura Green Beans. The ambiance created with various forms of rock music blasting and the smell of fresh burgers being grilled was exactly what I needed. Our food came out relatively quickly and what I was presented with looked commercial worthy. The toast and green beans had a perfectly golden coat and I couldn’t wait to dig in. I devoured the green beans with the house made ranch in a matter of minutes. The ranch was delectably herbaceous and a perfect consistency to coat the freshly fried green beans. Not wanting to waste any of the liquid gold I poured the remainder onto my burger. I had to unhinge my jaw to envelop this double char burger loaded with fresh vegetables and avocado. The char on the burger was very subtle and only noticeable if you queue into the flavors provided by the patty. The combination of the fresh toppings and the buttery crisp bread synergized elegantly with the patties. Overall the atmosphere and food are definitely worth a try, and the sweet old lady working there will put a smile on your face 5 stars.

We have loved The Habit since they opened but sadly this particular location has really gone done hill. While we love the salads and other menu additions it’s getting harder to want to spend money. We were here twice in one week and both times the garage is overflowing. The workers had enough downtime between customers but didn’t bother emptying. The floor is wet and slippery, trash on the floor both in the dining room area and the kitchen area. Makes one wonder what it looks like behind the scenes that we can’t see. While paying, they ask if we want to leave a tip but for what? Not a clean restaurant, that’s for sure. The manager at this location is always on top of things but you can tell when she’s not there because no one cares. Sad

How have I never eaten here before? Tried the chicken club & it was so filling I only ate half. Not the friendliest staff but the atmosphere was nice. Fries were nice size and crispy the way they should be. Onion rings were too dark almost burnt looking their flavor was basic unless I used the sauce. Definitely worth a second shot!

This location is one of the best in South FL for their excellent customer service. The staff is always friendly and willing to explain the meal options with patient. The food is always prepared at the moment and fresh. The indoor dining area is spacious and always cleaned. The only constructive criticism is that I don’t know why,, but the air conditioning temperature is always very cold to the point that it makes it uncomfortable to eat in the indoor area and this has been said by several customers already. It should be at a temperature that is comfortable for you to sit and enjoy your meal. Otherwise everything is fine and it is highly recommended.

I had ordered the veggie burger and had gotten the meal but instead of getting french fries I got the tempura dipped string beans and I got a chocolate shake everything was delicious. Especially this is my first time eating out of this restaurant because I’m from New Jersey the service was excellent and I was wondering which would have been better the beyond Burger impossible burger or the veggie burger and the gentleman behind the register referred me to the veggie burger and I’m glad he did with cooked onions it was absolutely delicious. My niece ordered the regular cheeseburger with fries she said that it was really good as well.
This place was very clean I would give this place a five-star please visit if you’re in the area.

The one on 441 just south of Southern is fantastic. The staff are very pleasant and get your food out to you quickly. My favorite burger is the Teriyaki Char…something about the Teriyaki sauce and the pineapple slice really hits the spot!
Another thing I really love about Habit is their tempura green beans…I am so addicted! All in all, phenomenal burgers!

The order arrived a bit late, but it was hot and fresh. The burgers were light yet incredibly tasty. I honestly didn’t want them to end while eating! The fries and onion rings were good too, but the burger was definitely the highlight.

Picked up my order got home and my burger was completely pink inside. Called customer service no one could be of help. I’m very disappointed. Now I have to drive all the way back to attempt to get my food remade and waste gas that I don’t have.

Food is fine. Getting it ordered was the most dystopian , cheap cop-out, abysmal experience ive experienced at a food chain. Called to order a pick. Can’t. The automated system is soul crushingly painful. So I come here and the staff expects zero interaction from you at all. Theres a cheap, used, greasy, half functional oder screen that you are to put your order in yourself. It was nasty. Incredibly annoying and gross all because theyre trying to save a few Penny’s and just put more work on the customer. I may have well just made my own burger at this point. For Sure never coming here again. Soulless and Cheap is what this place is.

We were very pleased with our visit today. We appreciate that our food is made to order so it isn’t stale meat. The bacon was cold on the Bacon BBQ char so I assume it was already premade. The Santa Barbara Char was really good and the bread was actually toasted. The onion rings came with this white garlic sauce that was delicious. The fries were great too, they had a nice crisp.
Would definitely recommend.
