For at LEAST 3-years now most of the order kiosks haven’t worked. They are now collecting on the floor in the parking lot. This is absolutely ridiculous. This store is always busy. Why not make it more profitable by repairing the order kiosks!?

I think this may be worst sonic ever. Service is hit or miss. Same with food. The property is terrible. Driveway needs repair and the call boxes don’t work more than they work. Not at all the typical Sonic experience.

Do NOT eat here. You WILL get sick. I had to go to the emergency room because I couldn’t stop throwing up. This is my sisters order which is the same thing I ordered. The second she saw and smelt this she immediately threw it away. They serve hot dogs that have either been sitting around all day, or are old in general. Steer clear from this place if you value your health.

Purchase a large tea, it was so full of ice no tea at all , returned back to make them aware due to tea so expensive. The Manager stated she can replace with a small. Just some advice, make your customers happy, sometimes you have to go that extra mile especially when they have proof.

Sat in the stall for 20 minutes and nobody answered the call after pushing the button. They cleared it and had to press it again. After several attempts and the same behavior in several stalls we just left. Would not recommend this place at all. Only gave it a star because we had to.

By far the best Sonic I have ever been to. Everyone there is top notch, the cooks, car hops and the fountain are all very friendly and the best around town in the fast food world. The best Sylacauga has to offer.
