The food was pretty good and enjoyable. I got the box with a Doritos Locos Taco, a burrito, a cinnamon twist & a side of Chipotle sauce. I think my two favorite items were the cinnamon twists & the Doritos Locos Tacos. The twists were very lightweight & crispy. It was my first time trying them. I would definitely order those again.

We usually go to the one on 10th street but decided to come here and what a huge mistake!! If there wouldn’t have been so much traffic, we’d took the order right on back and demanded a refund. We ordered online for pick up and first they handed us the wrong order. We finally got our order, came home to find everything just thrown in the bag. Nacho chips and fries all dumped out. Not one pack of taco sauce, who eats taco bell with no sauce??!! Everything was cold and had to be microwaved. The taco salads were 90% lettuce, barely had any of the other toppings on it and did not have the sauce that comes on them. The nacho supreme dip was 90% cheese sauce, barely had any of the other toppings. Tacos split in half. It was THE WORST taco bell experience we’ve ever had. I do NOT recommend this location and we’ll never be back!!!!

I usually go to this Taco Bell and never have any issues with them, until now.
Today I went to this location after getting out of work (a minute drive or a 3 minute walk) and ordered through the Kiosk. After receiving my food, I’ve headed home and turns out I was missing my Beef Chalupa and Chicken Crunchy Taco from the bag. It wasn’t too busy at this location, but it’s a bit upsetting knowing that most of my food was missing. The Chicken Chalupa was good though.
Now I learned my lesson to always check my bag.

I never remember having a problem with service at this location; last visit, the crew was helpful, and my food was presented after an infinitesimal wait.
The dishes on the Cravings Value menu are crazy cheap, given the portion sizes – especially the burritos. I suspect the $1 Cheesy Rice and Bean Burrito (420 calories) isn’t even unhealthy, relative to most other restaurant food anyway.

I wish I could give ZERO stars. This is the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. My cheese cups had enough for 3 chips. My Crunchwrap had no meat on it and the staff is RUDE!!! This Taco Bell needs shut down or complete new management and staff. Just TRASH.

This isn’t my local taco bell but I was on the west side doing errands and stopped for dinner. Ordered at the kiosk for 3 people and food was ready in a few minutes. It was easily the hottest and freshest crunch wrap supreme I had.

This place has its ups and downs, but the last straw for me was the fact that they don’t know the difference between tomatoes and pico. Or they think I don’t know the difference. The employees in the evening simply do not care.

It’s unfortunate I will continue to stop here because it’s the only TB in the area but every time and I mean EVERYTIME (not exaggerating) they have gotten my order wrong. Today when I got back to work and seen they had charged and given me double of what I ordered I decided to leave a review. How did I not notice? The same reason everyone misses it. Anywhere from forgetting the sauce that they ask if you want any at the speaker – To giving me someone else’s order TWICE. The staff I have seen are nice but even when it’s not busy they seem to busy to double check orders. The “sealed for you” sticker on the bags I find pointless and believe it to be a factor in not double checking bags.
Update. I wanted to share a picture of this beautiful burnt cheesy bread! Oh wait. That’s supposed to be a chalupa. They have yet to get it together. I mean look at this! A spoon full of meat and toppings just thrown on it. Ugh. 12/17
